Stopped by the area this morning.Even though the bank is not open on weekends, there are towing signs out that state bank parking enforced 24 hours a day.I understand the bank needs parking when doing business - why the mindset that no one can use the parking even when we're not open? This alone is enough for people to not do business with this company.

My daughter saved 10 years of cash gifts from her grandparents. We brought her here to open her first bank account before starting HS. The bank is short staffed. We were told by Rodrigo the personal banker to wait after telling him what we needed. He said that if his next appointment doesn't show up, he will help us. We waited. His appointment didn't show up. Then he told us he couldn't help us because it takes an hour to open an account and it was already 50 minutes left to the banking hours. Why did you make us wait? Terrible customer service. Complete amateurs. He didn't even know what ID is needed to open an account. You get 1 star, 1 higher than the BoA next door because at least you are open and they are not on Saturday. Thanks for ruining the experience for my daughter.

Customer service is awful, I've been with Wells Fargo for over 15 years and this branch has been the worst customer service experience. So sad

Wells Fargo offered me a loan terms that were ok'ish but not competitive. That's ok. What's not ok is a ~60 year old female employee of Wells Fargo that kept following me on parking lot and saying "we will tow you, don't park near my bank". She had Wells Fargo employee badge. February 15 at 11:25am. I am not talking unprofessional 1-star, it was really freaky and bizarre.

Came into this location when the branch I usually go to was closed in the middle of the day. My business cc is on my personal credit and am trying to get it moved to the business. Their mistake from years ago. It is showing upon my employees credit without employees providing a ssn or any identification. Peter Hanks came out and explained that it's because it is a sole proprietorship and it needs to be an LLC. I said ok and went to the state and changed the business to an LLC. Something I've been needing to do anyway. Went back to this location asked Peter about issuing a new card, mine was worn out. Six weeks later it still hasn't shown up. We opened a new checking acct in the LLC. Peter told me then there would be no charge for the new checks. The new checks showed up two weeks later. Then two weeks after that I noticed a charge of $120 on my acct. Tried contacting Peter but alas he is out for a week (thanksgiving). Talked with the branch manager who informed me the bank won't issue a cc because it's a new acct and I should open a secured cc to build the business's credit. I have had my business accts with Wells Fargo Bank for 10 years. With balances of $500,000 a year. What a joke of a bank. You would be better off burying you money in the back yard. Here we are almost 2 months after I first came in and My employee's credit is still being affected by this bank. Go any where else. I am.
