Always something at this branch. Sometimes it's sketchy people hanging out by the ATM, others it's waiting 10 minutes at the drive through for no response. The branch off Mopac and Wm. Cannon seems to be the better option.

I booked a 1:30pm appointment, showed up at 1:39pm and was told my 10 minute grace period had expired (somehow 9 mins is 10 mins here). Rodrigo decided to go to lunch early. Tried calling several times and nobody answers the phone. Complete waste of time. I've decided to open my business account at another bank (not Wells Fargo).

Worst experience ever. Nothing has improved in the last 15 years when I first stopped banking with this bank. No wander they have such crummy reviews.

I was helping my son close out the account of his deceased mother. The employees at Wells Fargo made a difficult situation really easy and stress free. I predicted spending alot of time and struggling with a ton of red tape. But I was completely wrong! They were all great!

I have been banking at this location for several years and have always received an outstanding service! I like this location because I don't experience the same level of service at other locations, especially the one at Southpark Meadows which is always chaotic and are not willing to help. Another reason is this location is rarely busy, so I don't have to wait a long time to get service. Some people complain about the hours of operation but they should consider that any business must plan their operational costs in order to have healthy finances, especially with the actual pandemic, and we should be grateful that they are still open for us.

I open my first Wells Fargo checking account when I was 16 years old I am 46 now which means I have been banking with Wells Fargo exclusively for 30 years. I run my business accounts through them I do all of my banking with them even my credit cards are Wells Fargo credit accounts. Needless to say I am a long-time customer and I do well over $200,000 a year in business with Wells Fargo. But you would never guess any of this by the way I am treated every time I go to this particular branch. I don't know if it's just that the manager doesn't care about his customers and makes his tellers treat people like crap or if it's just that the tellers and the managers need some more training on how to treat valued customers. Either way I don't feel like a valued customer and because of this I drive out of my way to go to other branches to do my banking. It's bad enough that Wells Fargo has the worst hours in the banking industry and their limits on daily spending and deposits are absolutely ridiculous. But for a customer to travel to another branch just to do business there's definitely something wrong there. But as usual I doubt anybody will care what I have to say.

This Wells Fargo is just like any other. Standard. Nice people. I'm writing a review to let everyone know that the branch is only open until 1:00 on Saturdays, not 2:00 like Yelp says. Be sure to plan your Saturday trip accordingly! Guess I'll need to wait until Monday to visit the bank :)

Other banks make sure to be open 10 minutes prior to the actual opening time and ten minutes after closing for early birds and late comers. Why can't this bank?

Worst branch in Austin. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. I was depositing a check and asked for some cash back, however my acct was negative..therefore, they said, it was not possible. Even when I mentioned it had been done before. Still nothing, no trying, no discussion, just no... So I went over to the branch at Wm. Cannon and Mopac (awesome location btw) and they helped me out, got me some cash back, quick and easy, with no trouble.
