I've been with Wells Fargo since 1997, and while things may happen in life goes on they're always there. And I like that you can find them everywhere.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The customer service was horrific. I scheduled an appointment for 1130am and upon my arrival they said they had me for 9am and could not help me since they were fully booked that day. Mind you there was absolutely NO ONE inside except for the employees and myself. I asked if I could schedule a new time and they passively aggressively gave me the business card and sent me my way. I am pretty upset to say the least since I made time for this appointment and had to move things around in my work schedule.

Among Wells Fargo bank locations, this one stands out as particularly horrific customer service. I can't wait to close this account and be done with Wells Fargo. Made an appointment online last night for 9 am in a Friday before Labor Day weekend. Standing in the rain waiting for a bank employee to open it up. When she did walk up to open the door, she didn't have a mask on. The 3 customers waiting did. Then, she and one other employer asked if we have appointments and we did. Except they can't find my appointment and asked me to prove I had one. "Well, do you have an email confirmation of the appointment? We are busy and can't take unscheduled customers. I realize the world in a Covid crisis is different but this bank has treated this customer more like an enemy of the state that someone who has deposited thousands of dollars with them. Go to Chase or Capital One or any other bank than Wells Fargo.

Six employees visibly standing around...only one helping customers. Can't believe they don't see the line of people.

Today I showed up at 1:10 on a Saturday. As I pulled up another customer walked out the door they quickly locked the door. Told me go to drive though where they had the blinds down and told me they could deposit my check. Worst customer service I have ever had you would think after there scandal of fake accounts they would be a little better than that.

I have been to this location before, and usually don't have TOO bad of issues. But it got worse. Today, I waited 13 minutes JUST to get someone to look at my stuff. The least the guy could have done was say "hi there, I'll be right with you" and finished with whatever he was doing inside. OR they need to add someone else to the schedule during lunch hours because I went at 1pm, when everyone is out running errands. I usually don't write reviews for anywhere, but being a drive thru, it should be a LITTLE better.

I am a forgiving person so I decided to stop in to this location on a busy Saturday. The customer service manager and the branch manager were openly reading the newspaper in the branch managers office and chatting it up noticably loudly while a line of us waited to be served. Good management pitches in to help. The lack of caring and the lack of customer service receives a rating of ONE (1) STAR RATING!!!!! However, the two (2) ladies in the line of fire who were new to this location were actually working and they did a fantastic job!!!!! While clearly stressed with the line, they were positive, cheerful, nice, and executed the transactions expediently and correctly. It was great to see their positive attitude. This receives a rating of FIVE (5) STARS!!!!! There is considerable population growth around this branch. Maybe this location will have a new branch manager and a new customer service manager soon so they can experience their share of the growth!

I just wanted to give kudos to Joanna and Clint from this location. I was experiencing a personal crisis and ended up at their location.. They not only helped me, but they made me feel at home as I tried to plan my next move. They worked together to assist their actual clients and never made me feel like an inconvenience. They displayed excellent customer service, and humanitarianism.

I first got a checking account with WF back in 2000 and have grown used to their cheery customer service. In their defense, I called a few days ago and the woman who assisted me over the phone was polite and friendly. However, I recently went in and was disappointed. The woman working the counter was aloof and disinterested, then she told me to sit down and the banker would meet with me "when they had time." Funny, I thought the bank worked for the customer and not vice versa, but nonetheless I sat down. I then overheard the banker casually chatting with a customer and not talking about anything work related. I then went up and politely asked if he was the banker on duty and he said "Yeah, I'll be with you when I have time, please sit." He then went on to chat for a few more minutes before he came and got me. After that he was all buddy-buddy and tried to make casual conversation, but I just gave him a bunch of "yeahs" and "uh huhs." I'm debating writing a formal complaint to their head office. My time is valuable and most of us can't "shoot the breeze" while on the clock, so why should they? Save it for your break time.

I have never seen a line longer than two people (after 4 PM.) They have always been nice and helpful. I don't understand the bad reviews. También hablan español.

Great people here, but sometimes, there's quite a wait. The drive thru is never an issue though. There's usually only one person at the counter and two others at the drive thru, but the ones at the drive thru never help customers at the counter even if they don't have any cars in the drive thru. I know it's not their job/fault, I just wished this location had a better flow of things :(
