This Deborah woman is so argumentative for no reason. Like sorry I my address has changed since 2019 and I haven't needed to renew my license? Don't go here unless you want to experience poor customer service. I'm not trying to wait two weeks for something I could have done online had I just put in my old address.

Awful, awful customer service. Went in to get a document notarized and was told that wouldn't be possible because all the tellers were busy that day (looked around to see an empty branch with one other teller sitting alone at a desk) . I said I would happily take a seat and wait for someone to become available, which is when another clerk appeared to tell me I should have made an appointment, and to go try UPS. He then said, and I quote, "I am actually a notary so I could do it for you, but I'm too busy with other things today" as he gestured vaguely to other parts of the building behind him. He was rude, condescending and deliberately unhelpful. I'll be making a formal complaint tomorrow and advising the management that my husband and I will take our checking and savings account elsewhere. Don't waste your time here, they can't be bothered to help you.

Convenient location, employees here are very welcoming and friendly. One example was my personal banker, Deaza Ellis. She was almost like a sister, she breeze through the application process when opening an account, didn't have to wait at all. I highly recommend this Wells Fargo location.

I had to come by this location this morning due to some fraudulent activity on my personal account, and was helped out by Heather M. To say she was great would be an understatement! It's never fun to have your accounts hacked or for there to be activity that isn't yours, but for someone to make you feel at ease, respected, listened to, and comfortable in the process is something totally different. Not only did she help me out and get me the assistance needed, but she also went 5 steps further and went to several extents to protect me more in the future without me even knowing the options available. She was very compassionate and caring and is a huge asset to your business! Just returning the favor from her going above and beyond for me

I have banked with Wells Fargo for many years now and have always had a great experience with them. Several accounts later including a paid off car loan, I still receive amazing customer service. Both the manager Sandy Schmidt and personal banker Matthew Aranda have been super kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend the staff at this branch AND Wells Fargo!

It took an hour for foreign currency exchange. I waited in line for 50 mins and the process itself only took 10 minutes. They have 6 tellers on the floor and only one doing currency exchange and drive through service while other tellers just standing there chatting. They advertise currency exchange as "Fast. Easy. Convenient" . An hour of standing in line is not fast. Why offer the service if don't have the resources to perform it? Or at least have that one teller doing just one job if management see that there is a line of people waiting just for that service. Instead, they have one teller doing both drive through and currency exchange. I have observed that the average time a teller perform a service with one customer is roughly around 3-5 minutes to complete a transaction. I have watched about 30 people have come and left while I was still waiting in line. However, it took almost an hour to service only THREE customers with currency exchange. I am having a difficult time understanding their flow of work. I applaud one of the bankers, came up to me and ask if I needed anything (seeing that I have stood in one spot for 50 minutes). If the team sees that there is a flaw in their system, please fix it or they should change their advertise slogan to be "Foreign currency exchange- appointment only". I do not believe that there is only ONE person in the entire branch capable of doing currency exchange. If Wells Fargo prioritize its customers, the management team would have send another helping hand. I am positive that no one would like to waste almost an hour of their time just to wait in line. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 7 years now and now considering taking my money somewhere else. I refuse to give business to a place that are not considerate of people time.

Waited 13 minutes on hold the first time and over 20 minutes the 2nd time. I wanted some information to compare Wells Fargo and Chase and honestly I think the both stink.

I had a myriad of issues that I wanted to ask questions about, including my own accounts and future retirement(hopefully), recent news reports on WF, and looking into perhaps remodeling my home. I set up an appointment and went in with all my issues, met with Deborah F. for an hour, and walked out very impressed with not only her product knowledge but her ability to explain it to me all in very easy to understand terms. At no point did I think she was "selling" me as much as informing me on the variety of options, and she was very thorough and made sure I understood and could explain the options to my wife later, which was VERY helpful. Despite their recent PR issues nationally, this branch has always been nothing but helpful people that I consider good friends and neighbors within the community.

Another mega-bank with hit-or-miss customer service. Been trying to get a debit card from them for a month, they keep telling me they'll resend it and to check my mailbox. Maybe it's also the USPS' fault, but when I had an issue with my Capital One card, they next-day FedEx'd it to me and I didn't have to play the waiting game. Customer service in the branches can be good or half-hearted,

The woman I talked to at the bank was kinda rude and not helpful at all. When I asked her for help she just kept pushing me to sign up for an account. I have never been to a bank where I had to have an account in order to exchange coins for bills (or vice versa). I even rolled the coins like the woman had asked! This bank is a waste of time and the people are not very helpful. I don't plan on opening a Wells Fargo account any time soon.

More often than not, Im here for the ATM. It's conveniently located in route to my job so I frequent this branch often. As other nearby ATM's (Tech Ridge, in the Walmart shopping center) are typically low on cash, and I have not been able to pull money from them as an obvious result... I end up back over here to my tried and true branch. I've never had an issue with the AMT...and as petty as it sounds, I appreciate, very much, how it is situated... the height is what I'm referring to, as well as the poles in front of it. The height is perfect for reaching everything, and the poles are just out a LITTLE from the front... not so far you have to get out.. I know this truly sounds petty and d**** but honestly, those ATM's like that (Domain Wells Fargo) are a royal pain in my a*** The poles are so far out I cant get close enough, have to open door.. or the damn thing is too high, and I cant reach.. ugghh. Anyhow. Me like it here! :) As for the inside service and drive thru service.. Ive never had an issue. In fact, every time I've ever dealt with a member of this branch, it has been pleasant. They are always very friendly, even when I bring my kids! They give them coloring books, crayons, and other small things when our visit is more than just walking to the front counter for basic assistance. I like this branch. I prefer it over many that I've gone to. Keep up the good work! And thank you!

This location is right near my work and it is super convenient to swing by before battling traffic on my home. With all the stuff you can do with the app, I don't really need to go to an actual branch too often, mainly just to use the drive up ATM for cash. However, the past two weeks I have forgotten my debit card and had to venture inside to get some cash. I was out of checks and was pretty useless at knowing my account number, but both times I was treated with patience and smiles. I know it's extra work to look up and fill out slips, especially when you shouldn't have to and I appreciate it greatly :) I had different gentleman help me both times and I felt very welcome and valued as a customer. Both made pleasant, non-forced conversation and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was previously with Wachovia and was transferred over to Wells Fargo when the buyout/merger happened; and I couldn't be happier. I still can't believe I just yelped about a bank, but y'all deserve a shout out. Awesome-Sauce Wells Fargo!

I have been a Wells Fargo customer my entire life, lived in 4 different cities and banked at dozens of Wells Fargo locations. I have never written a review for a branch before but I had to make sure that somebody could see that Deborah at the West Parmer Lane branch has given me the best service in Wells Fargo history! I opened my business accounts with her and not only did she take the time to explain everything to me, she was genuinely interested in getting to know me, and then she called me the next day to follow up with something we spoke about when we were opening my accounts! I have had my ups and downs with Wells Fargo, just like anyone would with a national bank, but Deborah was able to remind me that even with a big bank like Wells Fargo, there are still people that care about the customers and take pride in their work. I am beyond impressed and look forward to visiting my new home branch regularly!
