Worthless customer service. Went in to see a banker. Was told to wait in teller line to get on banker wait list. Waited 20 minutes in line, only to be told there were no appointments for that day. Complete waste of time.

If you want to be in line for an hour or longer come here. It's been a year this way but the second closest one is closed & the 3rd closest is 25 minutes further. Trash location. Staff it up pr shut it down.

Looks like they haven't changed their lack of bankers or ability to work quickly. Expect to wait 1 hour for every 15 minutes it would normally reasonably take

If you go here expect to wait a long time. It seems like there is never any bankers working here. Every time I come there is a line out the door. Horrible location.

Apparently they have no bankers working at any given time trying to do something simple the branch manager said would be "pretty much instant if they had a banker" seriously lacking in customer service ability. Worst Wells I've been too by far.

Tried to get my son a teenage debit card today (he's 14). Went in once and they said he needed to come in with me. Went and got him and came back. Then they said he needed a birth certificate or ID (he's 14 lol). Found that and came back again...."oh, I'm sorry sir you don't have an appointment". Why even have brick and mortar locations it you can only come in with appointments and your staff doesn't know what's going on.

Valeria Gonzales at this location has TERRIBLE customer service. Repeatedly ignored me and could care less about her job. Considering another banking option.

Every time I go to this Wells Fargo it has me looking for a different bank. Drastically understaffed. I coordinate schedule to be able to go into the bank for wire transfers or notaries and they are never able to assist. Employees say they have appointments but are just sitting at their desk.

I dont understand why this bank location does not have a teller at each drive thru window on a Saturday. The lines are ridiculous.. having to sit here for so long. I can literally go to the brodie location & be done within 5 minutes. I just came to this location due to having errands in the same area.

Slow slow slow slow slow. If that does not say it all. Slow slow slow slow slow. If you can avoid coning here, do it. Slow slow slow slow slow. Poorly staffed. Poorly trained. Slow slow slow slow slow. You'll wait at least 15-30 to see a teller. Slow slow slow slow slow. Wells Fargo, worst bank ever.

For some reason this bank just stopped offering blank checks through the drive through and now you have to go inside where they have have one extremely slow teller. Apparently it's too hard for them to print a piece of paper in the same room and have it put in a tube and sent to your car. Now this trip is taking 20 minutes longer than it would of in the drive thru. I spy laziness.

I can totally see why the bad reviews. Their customer service is atrocious. It reminded me why I closed my previous accounts in the first place. Their reputation succeed in. Why do you have to make an appointment in the 1st place? This is a bank, not the doctor office. It should be first come, first serve. They are supposed to accommodate the client, not the other way around. And obviously, they can't even attend the needs of potential new business, leaving thousands, if not millions on the table. No wonder Warren Buffett is dumping their stocks by the buckets.
