I'm disappointed that Wells Fargo was not able to "authenticate my identity" despite me personally visiting Diamonds Direct to finance my jewelry purchase. I presented a valid drivers license and waited in the store for over an hour and have just received a letter stating they couldn't verify my identity. I'm disappointed and wanted to let you know. Wells Fargo has no email address so I'm forced to use yelp.com to voice my issues.

I have been going to this location for years. The staff is great and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Will and Lisa make sure everything runs perfectly. I appreciate their hard work.

Right now, anyway, this branch is a blast for customers and team members - everyone is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Oh, and take your dog with you - they're allowed inside :)

This bank is terrible. I try to avoid it at all costs. I was with Wachovia and upset when it moved to Wells Fargo. The only bonus is this branch that is just down the street. The people there are pushy and always trying to sign me up for things I don't need. Today is the day that did it. First, one of my 2 business accounts was shut down for inactivity without any notification and without any warning. I waited at the drive through unusually long today and sent my check to my other business account that is still active. The woman comes over the speaker "The account you are trying to deposit into has been suspended". Thinking I wrote the wrong account number, I told her to deposit it into the other business account. "That account has been closed, I don't see any active business accounts." My other business account has money it... I go into the branch. I'm directed to a desk and the man there tells me he doesn't even see my accounts. Then, after more digging, he finds the accounts, the personal, business that is open and business that is closed. He tells me there should be no problems. I now have to go stand in line that is also unusually long (4 deep) and wait. While waiting, the system goes down and they're making copies for people on their deposits. NO THANKS. Leaving Wells Fargo today...

This Wells Fargo provides the same services as most other banks, obviously. But the staff is friendly and helpful, the ATM is conveniently located, and there is a lot of parking avaliable. Also, there is always a bowl of lollipops avaliable for everyone, which is always a plus! If you take your dog as you walk through the "drive-through" bank, they will get a treat also! Great bank to take kids to if you have to take them as you run errands, the staff is used to it and accomdating.
