My boss gave me a check written on wells fargo. They tried to charge me $7.50 to cash it because i dont have an account there. I called my boss and told him if he is going to use this bank for payroll i quit and so did the rest of the crew. He had to close his account to keep his employees. GREED!!

Horrible customer service. I went into the bank branch to purchase a cashier’s check. The teller deposited the money into an account that is closed. Then gives me another slip to sign saying that I must have used the wrong debit card. I confirmed that I was actually using the business debit card, not a card from an account that was closed years ago. Instead of taking responsibility for the error, she shrugged it of as “oh well, stuff happens”. Do we need to talk about how a teller should be putting money in the correct account???

This location is super poorly managed. They do not respect their posted hours or their customers. I will be closing my account that I’ve held there for more than 25 years due to the disrespect. These employees showed me during my last visit.

This branch closes early. Fair warning if you're in a pinch and need cash from your account you're out of luck if it's anywhere near close to the end of the day. I showed up several minutes before closing time and they had the audacity to tell me that it was 5 o'clock when it was clearly not, and didn't allow me in to get the cash that I desperately needed in the moment you should be ashamed of yourselves, I will be pulling the account that I've had now for more than 25 years

I attempted, for the second time, to deposit a check. The lakeway branch is inefficient and understaffed so I tried the four points branch. I had the same problem there. Understaffed with a snobby teller. He apparently closed the drive through without seeing who was sitting at the window waiting. I had to Honk and knock on the window to get his attention. He then took lobby customers before me, even though I was there first, which I pointed out. Something is wrong with Wells Fargo and their customer service is horrible.

Never answer their phones. Needed a quick answer about my money that’s they have and over the years of calling, never answered. Closed my account and got sofi which offers 4% on a savings account. Don’t bother with WF.

I have been a WF customer since 1998. Never have I been treated worse than at this branch. I am considering moving my accounts to another bank.

Anthony is such a great banker! We came in at the end of the day without an appointment and he was so helpful, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend making an appointment with him for your banking needs!

The staff lacks knowledge of basic Banking products. Needed help in opening an IRA. for which as a 20 year Wells customer was asked by a wells customer service person to go to WF branch, have a WF acct app printed to be faxed to a WF fax number and the WF branch refused cause I was opening an Investment account and they do not service Investment account. Now I explained its an IRA which is a personal account they were personal bankers. Nope they would not service "me" as I was not their customer!!! ... 8 days later...That WF concerned response below is a std email that no one follows.
