Over 20 years with WF, but my first visit to this particular branch. Will certainly be my last. Showed up at 9:45 to open an account for my daughter. Banker stated she had a 10:30 appointment so she couldn’t help us. Pretty simple and quick process to add a checking account but I guess the banker lady didn’t feel like working until an actual appointment showed up. We left in frustration and drove to the Slaughter location. Thirty minutes later, we left Slaughter WF with a new account for my daughter.
If you don’t want to be inconvenienced by walk ins, then make an appt only policy. The woman was so so rude and I’m actually glad we didn’t receive help from her. Horrible off putting vibe.

I am writing to formally report an unpleasant experience I had with one of your personal bankers, Rosalinda Olmos, I visited the branch today to complete a wire transfer, and Ms. Olmos was extremely rude and unprofessional in her tone and behavior.
I felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the interaction. As a customer, I expect courteous and professional service when visiting your bank.
I hope this matter is taken seriously, and that steps are taken to ensure better customer service in the future.

I went to the location on Brody and the banker who I scheduled with was out, luckily Rosalinda Olmos helped my mom and I whale she was on her brake. And she has the best costume service.

Wonderful location! This is where i do all my banking! Today i went in with my son to open a teen checking account and Rosalinda was our banker! I had the best customer service from her. She was kind, quick and efficient. Highly recommend

I’ve been banking at Wells Fargo for 20 years and after my experience with Victoria and Brodie I’m considering switching banks. There is absolutely no reason for an attitude when a customer is trying to make a transaction.

The staff at this location are always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. One of my favorite Wells Fargo branches.

Always something at this branch. Sometimes it's sketchy people hanging out by the ATM, others it's waiting 10 minutes at the drive through for no response. The branch off Mopac and Wm. Cannon seems to be the better option.

I booked a 1:30pm appointment, showed up at 1:39pm and was told my 10 minute grace period had expired (somehow 9 mins is 10 mins here). Rodrigo decided to go to lunch early. Tried calling several times and nobody answers the phone. Complete waste of time. I've decided to open my business account at another bank (not Wells Fargo).
