they made me wait for god knows how long because of a simple check - takes the woman way longer than usual just to deposit my check only to tell me the check is not gonna be available on my account today. This has never happened since being a member with them. I’ve deposited checks more than 5k+ and showing up to THIS location was apparently a problem.

Helped me out a lot and made my experience super easy, went to a different bank the same day and they made a big deal about how I looked .. if you want something fast and easy come to this branch!!!

Went to deposit money into my account. Took 30 min for the person in front of me. Tell the teller what to do with the cash. She walks away. The teller comes back and tells me I am missing $20. I asked for the money to be counted by hand. Teller tells me there is no time and this is what the machine is for. What in the hell is going on at this branch???

Terrible customer service. So rude. The bank near my house cashes my checks with no problem. They cannot, cash the same check. Makes me want to never work with Wells Fargo again. If I had to deal with this location and employees I would close my account and never work with Wells Fargo again.

Went to deposit checks. even though I’m the account holder they still didn’t take the checks and telling about security and reasons and asking me to do a wire transfer. Reason for depositing checks is to avoid the wire transfer fee.
No wonder about wells fargo locations are being shutdown, I think it’s better to switch to CHASE.

The premier banker Sue , is amazing ! She handled and resolved an issuing I was having after opening a new business account online. She was FABULOUS Wells Fargo needs more bankers like her. She truly cares about her clients and it clearly shows with all the hard work she did for me.

Wells Fargo is one of the, if not the, most corrupt institutions I have ever dealt with. Wells Fargo has seemingly built their business model around generating fees and charges. This branch, while perhaps not corrupt, may be the most inept, and definitely don’t care about the customer experience. So glad there are other options.

Just terrible. Slow, unhelpful, they might as well be replaced by AI. They only reason you have to go in is because of the restrictions they put on accounts. Everyone is sitting around not doing anything but you have to have an appointment to get help.
