Entire staff was talking to each other, after ten minutes later, one advisor approach me saying they only do appointments and no walk-ins. She advised me use app. If they don’t take walk-in, they should tell customers upfront & not let them wait. Especially when there is no customers & staff is chatting with each other. Three staff members saw me waiting but not a single employee approached me until 10 minutes later.

I was hesitant to visit this branch based on other reviews. However, my experience with Deborah was very positive. She is knowledgeable and professional. Helped open my business checking account and the process was smooth. Have never been disappointed with Wells Fargo branch visits so far.

I went to the branch on Far West to open a new account. There was not a sign stating sign in for a representative. One walked by and I asked and he said that the front end took appointments. He did get a gentleman to come speak with me. He stated they were very busy and it would have to be tomorrow. I said ok and we scheduled 11am. While I'm sitting there 3 people had already left the area I was in. The gentleman came back and said that they didn't have the time available tomorrow.
They should have it clearly marked where to sign in and why?
If you claim that they are short staffed why were 2 of the reps not able to help. If they don't do new accounts then state that.
Customer service sucked.

I switched from my previous credit union 6 months ago. ( I absolutely had no issues ever with my check from the credit union) The Wells Fargo mobile app is completely horrible. Only accepts checks about half the time. I cash the exact same check every two weeks now, because they didn't like a signature, they have the money from my employer's bank, but even though they have it, they're going to hold it for 9 days. I have talked to everybody, and the only thing that I was assured of is that wells fargo does not care about their members and does not care if they made a mistake. It's literally the same check every two weeks. It's absolutely ridiculous. If you're worried about getting your money available on time to pay bills, do not go with Wells Fargo!!! In nine days, when the funds are available, I will be closing my account and moving to Chase. I will also be refinancing my car with chase. Absolutely, do not give Wells Fargo your business. They don't care about you!!!!

I would greatly appreciate a sign-in kiosk to get put on a waiting list to talk with a banker. Going through the teller area to be put on the list is frustrating when several bankers are available. And a single teller is working and three people are in front of you at the teller line. There previously was a sign-in kiosk in the past and I felt it worked well.

The other reviews had me a bit concerned, but this was the closest branch to me and I needed to go in person to resolve an uncommon issue. I had no trouble reaching a banker via phone and getting a prompt appointment set up. Janie Lopez was kind and knowledgeable, and she was able to get me through to the other end of a complicated process fairly smoothly. I was genuinely impressed with her attention to detail and resourcefulness.
I don't write a lot of reviews, but this experience made an already stressful situation so much easier than I was expecting, and I just wanted to share that.

Poor customer service. I've been a customer for almost thirty years in A++ Standing. Today I went in the bank. Simply to deposit AA check from another bank from a CD that had matured. I didn't want any cash back and I knew as usual. There would be a seven day hold which is fine and I understand. Oralia the bank mngr told me I would need to wait while she called the other bank and said that was necessary on cashiers cks?? First of all-it wasn't a cashiers ck. 2nd I wasn't asking for funds back and there was gonna be a 7 day. Hold to verify the funds anyway. Thirdly, I asked for a water which they failed to provide. While I was waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for the phone call. They are very unfriendly and unpleasant to do business with. Take care and God bless.

Worst bank in the history of ever. First, Wells Fargo screwed up a transfer. So after phone trees and multiple hours of going nowhere on calls, closing the account because of all the hassle, I went to this branch for assistance. BAD IDEA. The banker I dealt with was rude, didn't do anything much other than say 'this is our process, too bad', told me her job duties were more important than working my issue to resolution, wouldn't let me speak to anyone else in the bank who could possibly assist me with other solutions. So I got fed up and walked out. Don't waste your time here. Don't bank at Wells Fargo.
