They pay low interest rates and make it a hassle to make account changes. When rates go up, you must come into a branch to change your account. But when rates go down they have no problem changing it automatically.

Alberto, the snarky man(?) With bright blue fingernail polish, was extremely rude and intentionally slow until his coworkers, that recognized me, came back from lunch. Just in time too, i was feelingthreatened because he was clicking his nails at me.Doesn't that indicate something nasty?Dress codes are no longer, I'm assuming?

DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO. They do not care about you as a person or a customer, and will not help you if someone hacks into your account and steals your money, even if you report it right away

I have used Wells Fargo for a number of years I have mixed emotions on whether or not it's really a good bank. Their interest rates for savings accounts are very low but like most banks they charge as many fees as they can for anything they can. I don't get loans from Wells Fargo because the interest-rate they charge are too high but whenever I travel I seem to always be able to find a Wells Fargo ATM to get cash, that is why I stay with Wells Fargo. This Wells Fargo is closed a lot I do not know if the inside is even open but the ATM works and I use it often when going to or from work.

In 2022, the only thing that makes traditional banks better than online banking is the benefit of a physical location. Since so many WF locations are "temporarily closed," what's the point?I promise it won't take very much longer before I terminate my account of 15 years, unless Wells Fargo goes back to actually servicing customers.Seriously, you guys can't cash a check without an appointment???

Horrible service. I walked in and waited for 10 minutes for my turn. And I was told: 1. we can’t help you without appointment. 2. It’s Friday afternoon and no other people wants to work anyway so don’t bother trying other branches.

I am very frustrated with Wells Fargo. You have to have an appt to do a wire transfer. Online transfer limited to 5K. I couldn't make an appt online - the website and app did not work. I couldn't get through to anyone. The doors are still locked (why not require masks and allow a certain # in like the rest of the world does right now?) I had to wait in the drive thru to talk to someone. Now I am waiting for a phone call so I can drive to a location to do a wire transfer of my own money. COVID should not be an excuse to provide poor service. Open the doors, limit #s, wear a mask and take care of your customers. The people here were very nice when I finally spoke to someone. But they couldn't make me an appt while I was there. I had to leave and wait for someone to call me to get an appt and I might have to drive to a different location. For a wire transfer??

This branch has a terrible customer service. My company has been banking with same bank since 1989. I called today and asked for help about PPP loan. The service manager person told me, I am busy right now, I don't know what would happen tomorrow either, no guarantee to get a service help from this branch. she said she gave me a number that would help me. I called the number and that number has auto voice wanted me to open a bank account. This is very frustrated and I hung up.I am on my way to close my account and move to another bank.I would not recommend this bank or this branch to any one. Any one want to open a bank acct, there are so many other offers out there.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst bank on the face of this earth. If you are starting a new account run far far away from this place. You invest your years your life and your life savings into this place and you can’t even get your money or spend your money when you want to and they make up Every excuse in the book why your account is the way it is. I can’t get into much detail as that is my personal information but please learn from my mistake and run from Wells Fargo they absolutely suck??????????
