It is great to see this location is finally fully open after the pandemic shutdown. I worked with the lady at the service counter to conduct a detailed account review. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in advising me how to best utilize my accounts/services with WF. Towards the end of the review (30+ minutes), we discussed the location as now being open 5 days week. She shared with me that she was the Branch Manager of the location. Thank you WF for the great experience today.

Went to location to be added to Safety Deposit Box. Office closed. Note on door with phone numbers to call. No answers the phones! What's the point?

I’ve come to this bank several times to find it closed, nothing posted on the door just not open and when is open, the drive up bank is closed most of the times.

I was told I was not able to get more half dollar boxes if I didn't have a business account or deposit a considerable amount of money into that same business account. I was also told that the new fee for ordering boxes depends on my transaction amounts I do with that same account. I have been a customer for over 27 years and to hear this was disappointing. I went to another branch and they told me that was not true. They can order the boxes with their regular orders with no fees or restrictions. That new teller or banker at the Parmer and McNeil location is horrible with customer service and rude. I was pretty much treated like I was a nobody and was not welcome as a customer. Apparently, according to what she said, she was the branch manager. Embarrassing Wells Fargo.

This location is open 9am-Noon. Luckily there are several locations in the Austin area. I suggest anyone looking for a Wells Fargo to go to anyone but this location. Unless you have unlimited free time to guess when a banker in on duty.May the odds be in your favor!

I'm a wells fargo customer for almost 3 years .Yesterday i was recommending this bank to a new friend.When i took him there. I found a girl told me we need to take an appointment .Today when i went there i called her saying that i will be late for 15 min.She said okay no problem. When i made it there she told me i started with someone who came earlier than his appointment and you need to wait for 20 min.Now it's 2 hours and didn't receive anything from her.I won't recommend this location anymore.And i'm seriously thinking to change my bank.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The customer service was horrific. I scheduled an appointment for 1130am and upon my arrival they said they had me for 9am and could not help me since they were fully booked that day. Mind you there was absolutely NO ONE inside except for the employees and myself. I asked if I could schedule a new time and they passively aggressively gave me the business card and sent me my way. I am pretty upset to say the least since I made time for this appointment and had to move things around in my work schedule.

Eddie helped us today. He was professional and personable. I have nothing but good things to say about the people that work at this location. They have always been very helpful, attentive and kind.

Among Wells Fargo bank locations, this one stands out as particularly horrific customer service. I can't wait to close this account and be done with Wells Fargo. Made an appointment online last night for 9 am in a Friday before Labor Day weekend. Standing in the rain waiting for a bank employee to open it up. When she did walk up to open the door, she didn't have a mask on. The 3 customers waiting did. Then, she and one other employer asked if we have appointments and we did. Except they can't find my appointment and asked me to prove I had one. "Well, do you have an email confirmation of the appointment? We are busy and can't take unscheduled customers. I realize the world in a Covid crisis is different but this bank has treated this customer more like an enemy of the state that someone who has deposited thousands of dollars with them. Go to Chase or Capital One or any other bank than Wells Fargo.
