I visited Wells Fargo this morning for a appointment to open a new bank account and Kim was awesome she helped me out through out the whole process was very patient and always had a smile and was very nice to me she deserves a raise for being so awesome

The people at this establishment don't help you. I was waiting my turn to speak to a banker. The place was completely empty, just me. When a man walks in, they serve him before me. I was already there waiting. I don't think the man had an appointment, because he came in saying he needed to speak to a banker, and they served him quickly. I've been a customer of this bank for years, and this is the first time this has happened to me.

I haven’t used this bank personally so I can only give 4 stars, but I had to make an appointment online with a few notes on a somewhat complicated situation that a loved one who is an account holder at another branch. Faith from this branch called me before my appointment, had already discussed all the ins and outs of with her manager and saved me a trip with several suggestions.
I have dealt with banks who were less helpful to me as the primary account holder than Faith and WF were to me as the relative of one. If the rest of the bank is this good, it’s a 5. Thanks!

Every time I come into this bank for a transaction I’m always the only, or maybe /2nd person in line, and despite seeing 5+ employees in the bank I always end up standing there waiting for ten + minutes before they help me. It’s very frustrating.

Although I'm not a fan of banks in general, I have to say that this is a marvelous branch.
I only have credit card accounts and a mortgage with Wells Fargo, no checking or savings. I recently accidentally paid the wrong card accout. After speaking to a few people on the phone (and we all know how difficult it is to get a person on the phone with large companies), I decided to come talk to a banker.
I had to make an appointment and did. A marvelous young gentleman was incredibly helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. He took care of everything in about 10 minutes and I'm very pleased.

Lack of bankers makes for long wait times. Unacceptable in a store this size to have a single person capable of sending a wire transfer working.

Hardly Staffed, staff takes there time & will allow a line to build up while clerks sit at empty drive through. Worse than being at Walmart checking out! Terrible Bank location.

People sitting around not asking if they can help when there’s nobody in the bank. In my opinion that’s really bad customer service. Wasted a good amount of my life for no good reason.
