Hardly Staffed, staff takes there time & will allow a line to build up while clerks sit at empty drive through. Worse than being at Walmart checking out! Terrible Bank location.

People sitting around not asking if they can help when there’s nobody in the bank. In my opinion that’s really bad customer service. Wasted a good amount of my life for no good reason.

Very poorly run during Covid. Impossible to get anything done (like send a wire). Manager rude. No one answers the phone. Difficult to schedule appointment several days out through some app that I need to download.

As a business owner that has been with Wells Fargo for over ten years I am about to leave these people. The fact is that they have been in so much trouble with the Feds, that the customer service that the used to offer is no more. The banking services for business owners are just a disaster and they are not consistent all over central Texas. As a result, I am going to call them out at every opportunity that I have a bad experience. Perhaps upper management will communicate to someone higher up that you do not treat your customers poorly. If I ran my business like this company does I would be OUT of business in little time. If you are a business owner and considering Wells Fargo, go somewhere else. Like FROST or Chase. Just saying.

Great customer service, DESPITE the COVID restrictions about scheduling appointments. Dominique Hutchinson, one of the bankers there, always finds a way for me to get my banking done and is kind, professional and courteous. A real asset to the branch. Thank you Dominique!
