Awful place to have a checking account. Very lackadaisical tellers and no sincere interest or care for the primary reason to conduct personal or business activities with them.
Just avoid this place.

I've had a pretty good experience with Wells Fargo in-store banking but sometimes like they they are a little bit understaffed and there is a wait for even dealing with minor things. I kind of understand because these days everything's moving online but it is still a little bit frustrating.

We use this Wells Fargo for our business banking... but man they are constantly "Temporarily" closed!!Today, although there were plenty of people inside the bank working, all drive through lanes were closed. Their hours are never followed, it is beyond inconvenient. I am glad I do not do my personal banking here.

Went into this Wells Fargo bank today 6/9/21 at about noon to deposit a check. My wife and I were the only customers in the building. The Teller told us it would just be a moment as she and another employee were doing something on the computer. We waited, and waited, and waited. They ignored us when I said to my wife in a voice loud enough for them to hear “Maybe we should just leave.” They ignored us when I said “I guess they just don’t care.” They ignored us when we just left. Not a huge deal but piss poor customer service. ?

One more reason I bank with Wells Fargo! The bank manager and the banker helping me out were extremely attentive and accommodating of my needs.
