No one greeting, one person working the front and one in the back. So I have to wait for this person to get there whole retirement figured out before I can get a replacement debit card... thinking I'll switch banks soon

I sure hope the Well Argo has enough money to fix their signs after having to pay that huge settlement that was recently on the news.

I left Wells Fargo a little over a year ago, I felt I was being ripped off, but I couldn't figure it out. After watching the Senate hearing, and reading related articles, I figured out every scam Well Fargo pulled on me. Insisting it was their policy to open multiple accounts, one for internet transactions, one for business (I'm a free lancer). I lost count of the times I was told there was fraud on my account, and they would insist I close my account, and open another. Wells Fargo uses "facial recognition" on their customers, and cancelled my debit card without notice for allowing family members to use my debit card. Wells Fargo cancelled my debit card when I ordered a credit card, to force use of the credit card. Wells Fargo encouraged employees do bad things to their customers, and the employees at the 111 Congress Ave. branch were more than happy to comply. Wells Fargo is a nasty piece of corporate work, and have damaged their brand forever by preying on their own customers.

I love this bank! I walked in the other day disheartened about a fraudulent business taking out automatic payments from my account...I wanted to ask one of the bankers if they could make stop payments from this company. I was greeted by Elizabeth Davila who immediately started helping me...after a month of nightmares trying to contact that company, I wondered why it took me so long to come to the bank and ask for help. She was kind and professional and completely made me feel like she cared personally...Liz took an hour out of her morning to help me, to look through my account and to suggest I file a claim through Wells fargo- I had never thought this problem could be resolved with the bank taking the initiative on my behalf! Thank you Wells Fargo, and thank you VERY much Liz! Happy New Year!

This Wells Fargo branch is so friendly and helpful! The second you walk in the door you're greeted by at least 2 associates with a smile on. They also usually have fresh popcorn waiting for anyone for free YUM! Tip: If you have any travel coming up you can exchange currency for almost any country in a short period of time.

I had a very poor customer service experience. I had a one hour appointment scheduled as I was instructed I needed to from the Wells Fargo call center (which was also unpleasant). When I got to this branch they were very dismissive as if I was inconvenience to them. They immediately said that they could not help me even though I told them what I wanted to do when scheduling the appointment. They would not even help me figure out how to beat go about my transaction. Given my poor experiences, I will either be changing banks or working exclusively with a different branch.

Wells fargo business banking hotline the one you reach by calling the number on the back of your business banking debit card is ran by the most inconsiderate, incapable group of people i have ever spoke with in my entire life. There are two people who i have had to speak with in regard to the four "mistakes" that were made on my business account in the last 14 days but we will not discuss Fred's inability to be professional. Instead we will focus on a " supervisor" ( and i use the term lightly) by the name of Tina. Tina is the reason i will be closing my business account tuesday she is also the reason i will most likely be using my spare time to picket the bank tuesday when they open. Invariably when i call the hotline to find a positive solution i instead get sarcasm. Of course theres nothing like calling back to hear the supervisor and her coworkers poking fun in the background at my expense. I really wanted to keep faith in this bank however i cannot allow a bank with so many errors and so few solutions to handle my money any longer . Instead of making me feel content when i left the conversation with tina i instead felt angry and depressed. I believe that it is a customer service representatives job to make one feel better not worse. She has failed and to further my frustration apparently she promotes her supboardinates to hang up on customers instead of helping as well. Way to go tina. I know im not the largest business owner in texas as a matter of fact im the little guy. It is only my guess that that is why i got no respect from tina. In austin small business matters but with tina it does not she will be rude inconsiderate ,tell you you have no reason to be upset ,antagonize you and be completely unprofessional in every way possible. She cannot manage her own employees i doubt she should have access to peoples accounts. She is a child,or she at least comes across as one. Tina is the soul reason i will be closing my account tuesday. I can overlook the multitude of mistakes made on my account but i cannot overlook the unprofessional manner in which i have been treated by the supervisors namely tina on the hotline if someone at the bank does not offer me a positive solution tuesday and tina is not repremanded i will be picketing wells fargo at 111 congress avenue on wednesday in austin texas come join me. Partner....upper class construction

I have had nothing but pleasing experiences with this bank, and especially this bank in particular. Patty Lopez has been incredibly to me personally, handling all my email questions, regardless of how trivial. And her co-workers have gone out of their way to be accommodating when she's not been available. I dont know how their fees/etc. relate to other similar banks, but there are convenient locations across Texas and California, and they change dollars to pesos. It's a little weird that their walk-up ATM in the lobby doesn't have deposit slips but no one has yelled at me for walking through the drive through ATM outside so no big deal. P.S. On Fridays they have popcorn too.
