I would be wary of using their services. On two separate occasions, my sprinkler line has been cut by their machines. Even though she offered to have them come and look at it to make sure that it was their fault, I had already had it replaced. And then, their weedeater literally ripped off four branches of my hibiscus plant. Normally, that wouldn’t be a big deal, however, I’m not a plant person and I have been able to keep that plant alive for over a year. It’s very disappointing.Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

We have had a wonderful experience with Wellspring. They communicate well, keep to their schedule, and stand by their work. We have a dog and they always remember to close the gate. Their mowing, trimming and clean up is top service. Thank you Ronald to taking care of our yard!

Really can't gives enough kudos here for these folks. The services are affordable, and my lawn always looks immaculate after the Wellspring guys in green stop by. On the rare occasion that my lawn care service will be late, due to weather or other natural occurrences, they always inform me before I even remember I'm due. And Leigh, the exceptionally lovely admin, is kind, always pleasant to chat with, and incredibly attentive.Seriously, if you want a lawn service that is top quality and won't add any stress to your life, hire Wellspring.

I wanted to take the time to say that GG and Leigh were both very helpful. GG took the time (minutes before lunch I might add) to give me an accurate quote on the services I wanted done. She was very helpful and understanding when it came to trying to budget for the work needed. That was very surprising to me. I hope all employees at this company are trained like these two. Great job ladies and amazing customer service!

Don’t hire this company. They were supposed to do a diagnostic on my irrigation system and they turned everything off instead of setting the system to run properly. I was out of town and got back 2 weeks later to dead grass. They eventually took responsibility for turning it off, but didn’t offer any solution or compensation. I was stuck dealing with it. Also, they broke my patio door by hitting it with something and the glass shattered, then they tried to say it was like that when they arrived. I also have a pool and asked that they not blow grass in it since it clogs the pump and filter. I repeatedly had to call my pool guy to come out to fix the issue after they mowed. Finally, I asked for my service to be paused while I figured out if I was going to find a new company. They still kept charging me and it’s been over 6 months and still have not gotten a refund. They said it’s on credit for me to use and I don’t want to use them. They take zero responsibility for their faults and always blame it on someone or something else. Also, they contract out most the work they do.

We are using Wellspring for our tenant property and have relied on Augustine to estimate and schedule our one-off and regular lawn maintenance services. We now live pretty far away so I appreciate that Augustine will communicate via text message or call and that I can depend on him to give me an accurate picture of the work that needs done to maintain our property when we can’t see it ourselves.Services: Lawn care

Wellspring provides quality lawn care with punctuality and responsiveness. I have used them for almost a year for a biweekly mow for my lawn.During the latest winter storm, a decent sized tree branch fell into the yard and was blocking my neighbor's front door. Wellspring responded right away when I called, and they got the branch cleared out ahead of schedule.The only issue I have had was some confusion over the pricing in regard to this work, and Wellspring righted the wrong by giving me some credit towards my future lawn work. They cleared up all confusion by escalating the issue and giving me a call to talk about it.Service: Yard landscaping
