So I gave a Wendy's another chance but different location (71 & Congress) in South Austin. Drive Thru lady I couldn't hear clearly, gave my simple order, drove up, lady I think said thank you or something with my bag out the window... The lady made eye contact briefly, hand with bag stuck straight out, maybe thank you looking away, I wasn't asked if I needed any other condiments, no time to ask before she shut the window, and I drove away.... Got to my jobsite with no condiments for horrible bottom fries and a thrown together preschooler made sandwich... Wendy's!!! Why???

Al the ladys that work here are so kind. If anyone is rude to them i will personally hunt you down.Edit: another fantastic visit.I was struggling with the app and a nice lady named Shan showed me how to use it and everything. Thank you so much for your help!

They we're talking so much to themselves not paying attention to the customers needs we had to ask for what we already requested for after we received our food on top of that they never gave me my drink with my meal. Poor customer services needs to be fixed or I'm shaming y'all on every social media
