Came here at 6:45 am on Saturday morning 3/23 and sraff was sitting in lobby lights on but drive through kept saying we are not open try again durring regilar business hours these are their regular business hours and i found it very disapointing

Drink machine was not working but they handed me an empty cup anyway. I had to ask for the kid meal drinks. Multiple team members seemed annoyed that I even went back to the counter for the kid drinks. I gave up and didn't go back to ask for the ketchup for the kid nuggets. There were no napkins. Floor had had food and wrappers on it. There was one other guest sitting when we walked in. No receipt was given to me nor a "thank you".

I'll admit that I went at 11:30pm, which is half an hour before they close. I'm sure they all wanted to go home. That being said, it's not like I showed up two minutes before close and asked for a huge order.I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo, and a large fry. When the order came, the bag was ripped. The sandwich had mayonnaise on it. The fry container was half full and what fries it had were almost burned.The biggest thing to me is that after she handed me the bag, I offered my thanks and wished her a good night. The woman manning the window turned a frigid glare at me.I didn't bother going back and trying to have the order fixed after that experience

Waited in the drive thru for 15 -20 minutes only to receive cold, hard, dead French fries and a cold chicken sandwich. Never again! Gross.

I work pretty close to this place, so I go here for lunch often. The service used to be bad, but there's a new crew and they are on it! Way to upgrade!

Everything was good, hot, and fresh. Due to lifestyle changes its been a long time since I've had fast food and maybe that makes a difference here but the classic crispy chicken sandwich was surprisingly good. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh not limp and rubbery. The chicken was crispy and hot. The mayo was an ideal portion. The last crispy chicken sandwich I'd had before this one was a McChicken last year and comparing the two would be unfairly biased. It was the complete opposite of this particular Wendy's sandwich. It was basically a half cup of mayonnaise and wilted lettuce sandwich with a gratuitous chunk of chicken flavored putty on a hamburger bun. No comparison. Its unlikely I'll return to this location or continue to eat regularly from Wendy's but if you're reading this wondering if you should eat there tonight then absolutely you should. My kids who are 6 and 4 gobbled up their nuggets and fries like life depended on it and said, "Wendy's doesn't have pink slime nuggets!" They've also not had fast food in a year. Their dad had the chili and crackers and he said it tasted like he remembered it tasting when he was 20 years younger. Everyone was happy with their selection and I hope you will be too.Parking: It was late in the evening and there was several empty parking spots the line forbthebdrive through wasn't lone and moved quicklyKid-friendliness: One of my children would gladly live on air alone if we'd let her. She is incredibly picky and leans hard toward vegan. She prefers plant based proteins like peanut butter and tree nuts. She's terrified of McNuggets thanks to her ability to read and navigate the internet. She has convinced her baby brother to feel the same way due to the questionable production procedures highlighted online. Bear that in mind when I mention kid friendliness. While it took some convincing to get her to taste a nugget once she did she was too busy eating them to complain or ask questions. This was a Christmas eve gift i was not expecting. He brother didn't leave a crumb.

Everytime I go to this Wendy's I have issues with either wrong food or wrong change. My most recent visit I gave them cash to pay and the amount given did not match the change provided. The cashier kept asking someone else what to do. Cold fries and chicken in the chicken sandwich was overcooked. It is not the normal that we usually get. It is very annoying.
