Westbank String Shop is a place of quality and good service. The owners are specialists and are very friendly, helpful, and passionate about music. They provide timely, above and beyond service for instruments like violins, fiddles, and even unusual ones. Customers can get strings replaced quickly, rent instruments complete with everything, and have them maintained. The shop is highly recommended for any musical needs, with many customers stating they will never go anywhere else and will definitely return. It is a wonderful store where you can feel that they love what they do.

Went in with an unusual instrument (cavaquinho) and they were SO helpful! I had popped the same string twice and was super frustrated with having to buy a new pack every time but he figured out a guitar string that would work and strung it for me! 10/10 will definitely go there for all my strings from now on!
