Not open when they claim to be. Western Union will not let you claim money anywhere in Austin. Entire company appears to be a scam after going to 6 claimed locations today and turned away from all during business hours

Please update your hours online so that people don’t come in and waste their time. Came in TWICE only to be turned away even though you were listed as open both times. Huge headache— won’t be coming to this location again.
