I came by to get a simple money order, and i was asked to being foreign id, although I provided my licence and social. Smh. This almost has a discriminatory affect.

Went in today to look into opening an account here. The teller that greeted me was super friendly and the branch manager Mr. Cruz was very knowledgeable and helpful with addressing my needs. Have an appointment already set up open and account now and look forward to dealing with this branch.

If you're looking for a frustrating banking experience then this is your bank! I have had an account here since the doors opened because of the location. Through out the years I have been the understanding customer even though it was frustrating since the beginning with deposits. This location has a high employee turn around and it seemed the drive through tellers weren't trained well and left customers to defend their rights to access accounts. I fired them today I've had enough of the bad service. The teller "Carly" told me I can't deposit a check into my account (same issue I've had all through the years with untrained employees) so I parked my vehicle and entered the building. I saw an employee "Candis Hollands" in an office by the door asked if she was the manager and she replied no he is in his office with a client and I could have a sit, I replied no thanks I will wait by the door. She then said I needed to sit down because of their privacy rules... Never offered to help just telling me to take a seat, I said okay I'll just close my account and guess what happened then???? Candis then magically offered to help and I said you should have offered assistant at the beginning. Then wow! MAGICALLY the manager "Gaylon Moore" came out and then was justifying their policies like I was a new unimportant client ( same scenario as all the years) BTW all clients are important Gaylon. As one business owner to another Regions bank management you should value clients not fight them and the main office should investigate this location and properly train your employees. I try to have reasonable compassion and understanding for fellow businesses but I consider if I did this for years to clients then I would not have a business... You get one star from me for the location period.

I have had accounts with Region for over 3 years. They have recently rejected my payroll checks and have closed my accounts that are in the positive without any reason. After I have not be able to use my checking for over 3 weeks and contacted customer service and have made several trips to the branch. They tell me today that they are closing all my accounts and will send I letter explaining why they have closed all my accounts with no other explanation. All my accounts are in positive standings and they can not tell me why they have froze my money for over three weeks. They will not allow me to withdraw the accounts they say o have to wait more time so they can notify me by mail. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK.

Do not ever try to call this bank. I tried calling the bank directly on Wells branch and they were not answering phone and 800-number I waited for 25 minutes to talk to a person!

I've been doing biz with Regions for several years in Austin and Miami. Crew is always on it with a great attitude. No problems I recommend.

I went to make a basic deposit. Only two lanes open in drive through, one of which was commercial only. So essentially, one lane open. I sat and waited for about seven minutes while the two tellers helped one person. Then someone pulled in commercial lane and they get helped instantly. So I decide running inside might be faster. I enter and see a total of four tellers and for some reason I still wait. Four tellers, TWO customers, and I'm still waiting.I watch a couple cars go through commercial lane, all arriving at this point, about ten minutes after me. So much for first come, first serve. Finally it's my turn, I hand deposit to teller. Rather than apologize for the wait, or greet me, she rudely tells me to take off sunglasses. I get it, I understand the policy, but there is a better way to do it. I was a teller for three years, I simply forgot as I rarely go to an actual bank anymore. It takes several minutes to make a one check deposit, finally she hands me my receipt. Again, no apology for long wait. When I get in car I realize she's placed a hold on my check, which I understand, it was a larger amount. However, why did she not tell me there would be a hold, or when it would be released. I decide to call branch manager to give some feedback. Guess what, you can't call the branch, you MUST call 1-800 number. I sit through five minutes of prompts, have to hear irrelevant account information and finally speak to a live person. This simple deposit has now been a thirty minute ordeal. I'm sorry, but there are far too many banks with better services, and better service to deal with this. I've been a member for fifteen years! I'm tired of it. Here's a free tip, at least pretend to care about your customers, especially long term ones. Smile, help those in the order in which they arrive. Explain things to guest. Also, the automated system is terrible, I should not have to jump through hoops to speak to a real person. I will say that the rep from the hotline was very professional, too bad the tellers were not. I will also say I've spoken to the Branch manager at this location before, he's a nice guy, professional, he just needs to ensure his team is the same.

If you are not a customer they are rude and not helpful. Very unprofessional. I would not even consider banking here.
