(Translated by Google) That place is no use, and if it was a fraud for sending $ 400, they were going to charge a total of 490 the highest rate, asking for too much personal information. In the end, when he questioned for all that, he said that he was not going to attend me.(Original)Ese lugar No sirve wa s un fraude por enviar $ 400 iban a cobrar un total de 490 la tarifa más alta ,pidiendo demasiada información personal para al final cuando cuestione por todo eso dijo que no me iba a atender que me fuera .

I only gave a one star because I had to put something in. This western union is supposed to be open at 8am. I arrived now at 8:17am and I was told they are not open yet and would open in another 15 mins. I woke up early this morning so I can get a money order and now I can't because if I wait until they open a half hour later then posted I will be late for work. This is completely unacceptable and I will never come back here again.

Western Union has ridiculous rules for cuba, the place looks like they can assault you and kill you, people stare at you. Parking is horrible. The fat old last with short hair, she lets some Mexicans cut in line and send money w/o ID or paperwork. It seems like she has her own business there. If you have to go there, be careful. This is the only place in Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock where you can send money to cuba.
