Waited in photo for 40 minutes to be ignored by the only person to come out. The second employee said he knew absolutely nothing about the photo department when all I wanted to do was pick up pictures. Watched two employees leave while the line had 4 people waiting.

They messed up my photo order so I had to come back to place another order. When I came back to pick up the photos they closed the store because the power went out. I only needed 4 photos, it was a school project and the students last school day so I really needed them to send them home with the kids. The store manager Enrique was very unhelpful and would not give the photos even though I said I would pay cash for them. Store employee Yuridel was also very rude when she would not let me explain my situation and how they had screwed up my order the day before and it was very important that I get those 4 photos. Awful people. They were claiming they had no power but yet the store lights were on

The pharmacy at this location does not accommodate Spanish speakers, despite being located in an area in which many residents speak Spanish only. I was waiting in line for my prescription and I noticed that the gentleman in front of me told the pharmacy technician that he doesn't speak English. The pharmacy tech shrugged his shoulder and said he could go or he could say his name so he could find his prescription. The tech easily located his medicine and pointed to the credit card machine for payment. You know how at all Walgreens the pharmacist has to come over and ask if you have any questions, and it's like this routine thing that seems to be some sort of legal requirement or safety precaution? This was not offered to this customer. No one offered to get a translator. There should always be a tech or pharmacist on staff that speaks Spanish. Or another store member qualified to translate. Not offering a customer the opportunity to ask questions about their medication is potentially dangerous. I told the manager on duty and he dismissed me, saying that hiring "is hard." SMH, Walgreens. You're going to get yourself sued if you don't put the safety of your customers first.

This pharmacy is staffed by the most incompetent, belligerent, sad little men. I'll be getting all my scripts at Peoples Rx from now on, and I'm kicking myself for ever supporting Walgreens.
