Filled a high-demand prescription for me w/6hrs or so w/ which HEB could not. Pharmacy webpage is always super easy to use. I don't disagree with long lines in-store and drive through, but that seems to be an issue at many Walgreens. Carolina was very nice, thanks Walgreens!

I'm not sure the name of the young pharmacy tech, but there were two young males working when I went through for a COVID test and neither were wearing masks. The tech who handed me my test was literally breathing all over it.. I then get a call an hour later from the pharmacy telling me they facilitated the wrong test .. I went for a PCR and they accidentally gave me a rapid. Just an incredibly unprofessional setting and an inconvenience for me who scheduled their test days in advance. I have yet to receive my now "rapid" results and it's been 24 hours.

This store is clearly a sign that customer service is dead in America. I hope you enjoy this runaround story - and it sounds like Walgreens is well on it's way to becoming the next BLOCKBUSTER. Store offers free delivery. My app shows Problem with delivery. Call store - they have no clue what is going on - and say go to webpage. Chat with web page agent - they say the cant see any private information and to call Corporate - I call corporate / web site help and they say - they cant tell what the issue is. Not only did I have to spend an exorbitant amount of my time THE CUSTOMER - their most valuable asset - but the situation remains unresolved. The entire Walgreens chain has recently undergone an overhaul where they fill your RX in a central location and send them out to the stores - so they dont have to keep PILL inventory in multiple locations... well this is the SXXTSTORM that results. Concentrating on PROFITS instead of CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff I knew at this store - pharmacists that I've known for 15 years - GONE. RX Counter staff that I knew by name and they knew me - GONE. Lovely. You've just lost another customer!

The store was remodeled and looks a lot better. Well lit and easy to get find what you are looking for. The pharmacists I have worked with over the years have always been very helpful. Another reviewer was surprised they ask for your address to pick up a prescription but I think that is just normal procedure at this point. I just tried the order online pick up and the order was ready in 15 minutes. Which reminds me I need something else!

Peter, the pharmacy technician, needs to be fired from Walgreens and seek mental health treatment for his issues. There is definitely something wrong with him and his psyche. He is verbally abuse, rude and unprofessional upon arrival. He justifies yelling at customers for no reason and disrespects innocent people who roll up to the pharmacy for a quick, easy COVID test (mine was negative, by the way). Tabitha, the pharmacy manager, is no better than Peter. She enables this type of inappropriate, demeaning and unprofessional behavior. When I asked to speak with her and told her how Peter disrespected me, all she could muster up was, "Sorry about that" and tried to distract me from the issues Peter created. I called oppressive bs at its finest. Then I asked to speak to the apathetic store manager, Crystal, who was totally hapless and no idea how to manage the situation. She did nothing, until I told her I wanted a follow up call. Still waiting on that. It is apparent Peter has had dozen of complaints against him after looking through other reviews on Yelp and Google of this Walgreens. Seriously, call corporate to remove this abusive pharmacy tech from his post! Walgreens customers have no reason to take verbal abuse because the way Peter treats people is NOT and is NEVER okay!!!!

New renovations. Does not look like the same Walgreens from a few months ago. They no longer have tobacco sales and wine selection is down to one cart with maybe one or two fridges. I did not see a lot of traffic and the cashiers were not wearing their face masks. It looks a lot nicer and has more in stock (just a lot of to binge like Walmart/Amazon would have) but it's still the same Walgreen's prices.

Unfortunately I have had issues with this pharmacy for the last year. I cannot confirm the name of the condescending, rude, male pharmacy technician who is for lack of better term, AWFUL (it may be Peter - sounds exactly like him- per the other reviews, but I cannot confirm), HOWEVER, I had a very great experience working with a kind, helpful, patient pharmacy representative today named Johnny. I am not sure if he is a pharmacist or tech, but he was great. I was about ready to switch pharmacies due to all of the issues and mistreatment I have experienced from the previous employee, but Johnny made me change my mind today. Thank you for your great service and kindness today, Johnny, It really meant a lot to me after a long day.

Cashiers are always very friendly, and store employees have been helpful in directing me in the store. Everyone I've interacted with in the pharmacy has been good too. If you have a new prescription, it typically doesn't take long for the pharmacist to come consult with you. I appreciate that pharmacy personnel consult my profile when interacting with me to recognize that I use Walgreens' Express Pay option. They simply re-verify my preference. I've been to other locations that do not, and start ringing up my bill before I can even inform them. So this is appreciated and makes the transaction smoother. One thing to note about this location is that the pharmacy completely shuts down for lunch and works short hours on Sunday.

Just a note, this review is about the pharmacy technician Peter, and is not a reflection of the other employees at this store. The store employees are always kind and always helpful. The pharmacy tech by the name of PETER is rude (af!!) and gives off some SERIOUS incel vibes. When I went up to the counter to grab my meds, PETER's demeanor was uninviting and cold. He rudely asked me to verify my address - which threw me off because I didn't understand if he needed it for Walgreens awards or pharmacy. I also just recently moved. I didn't know right off, and PETER responded by giving me a really nasty look and then asked again, with an unnecessarily condescending tone, as if he were judging me?? Now pause - PETER, if you thought I was a fraud or made some other assumption, why didn't you just try to clarify? Or ask me for my ID?? I had it out. Anyway. This made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable and pissed me off. He CLEARLY didn't pick up on this, revealing his complete LACK in people skills, because he continued to be rude as he spoke to me. I ended up leaving, feeling disrespected, and like I never wanted to return to this store again. This store is close to my home, so going to another store one would be a huge inconvenience. I ended up calling the store to complain. Of course, PETER the Incel picked up - STILL RUDE, placed me on hold for several minutes, and at one point hung up on me. I called back, and he continued to hang up on me. I called two more times and finally got the pharmacy manager, Stephen. I spoke to him-- I was irate at this point and told him how I was treated. He gave me a half a** apology, which I refuse to accept. This person made me feel extremely uncomfortable and that is UNACCEPTABLE. And before you read on, and think this is about me getting upset for being asked for my address, I get that is protocol. This is about THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND SPOKEN TO, AND MADE TO FEEL LIKE I WAS NOT WELCOME IN THIS STORE. Will I go back? It's close by, so of course I will. I'm not going to let lonely PETER inconvenience me. Plus, it's highly unlikely I'll see that j*** again :)

Every time I've had to pick up a prescription from here they've had issues. Every. Single. Time. They can never find the prescription and I have to leave and come back 2-3 times and play phone tag middle man between my doctor and the pharmacy until they miraculously discover the prescription was there all along. My latest experience yesterday was no different and the gal "helping me" was callous, short and treated me like an inconvenience. I will be switching to Tarrytown Pharmacy. It's a little out of the way but I'm tired of supporting big box j*** pharmacies who don't deserve the business.

I really like the pharmacy staff here. I take a lot of medication. I like that they seem to take my health needs seriously. They're easy to contact if I have a concern. And they notify me promptly when a medicine is out of stock. I've had some not so great experiences with other pharmacies. Here, they even know me by name!

This is my favorite Walgreens. Every time I enter the store I am welcomed and greeted by the employees. They have the best deals, always have great clearances items that other Walgreens may not carry and have an awesome selection on holiday items. I love coming here!

Makeup experts are fabulous, Especially at the store on Anderson Lane. fair price and lots of help in picking out what's best for your skin type. If I were riding only the make up section and staff of this Walgreens they would be five star however the pharmacy brings the entire store down. Perhaps it's not even the fault of the pharmacy tech or manager who I spoke to today, but the fact that they can't prevent me from getting a call, text, and email all in the same day is an issue.
