Been to this location many times and experience usually great as other whole food. Today I was helped by a staff member named Quinn and he seems to be having a bad day or perhaps being a racist(?) and was pretty rude when I dropped off the two Amazon packages for return. He doesn’t really know the answers to the question and kept saying “should be fine” to my concerns about the mislabeled packages he put on. This is really below the standard service and attitude any customer service would expect from Whole Foods. He wouldn’t even turn his back or bother looking at us when he’s done with the service and just sent us away. Never treated in such manner and super disappointed.

Whole Foods is interesting in the sense that I was surprised that the sour cream I bought there was actually low price because most things are so expensive there that they should change the name of it too whole paycheck! You're all about that organic quality go to Central Market and you'll spend probably a quarter to one-third less.

Went in for holiday turkey pickup. It was surprisingly not busy. Slid on water on the floor but luckily didn't fall. Went to meat area and saw a woman at a table with a laptop. There was no line. No one else she was helping. I asked her about holiday meal pickup. She asked if I had checked in up front and I replied no. She sent me to the front to check in. It took awhile for someone to come over and then he had to get someone else to help. I was checked in and told to go to the meat department. I waited for help at the counter, then the man told me to go to the same woman I started with. She told me I would get a text when it was ready. I could see from a text I received I was the only one waiting for holiday meal pickup. I finally noticed the sign above the woman- it was the same sign as the table upfront for holiday meal pick up check in. Why did she send me up front? Again, she was not helping anyone else. After a few minutes, she finally got up and after awhile, walked back with my turkey. Seriously? It was her the whole time I was waiting on? So sorry I disturbed her from whatever she was doing. What a waste of time when I was in a rush and needed to get back on the road.

I remember drinking egg nog. My mom shared some cookies with me. There were some Christmas decorations up. The music wasn't too loud. Some food is expensive but I know that it's usually high quality, like the soup bar.

Good whole foods. It has parking in the garage that's free when validated. The store has everything a whole foods typically has and it opens early.

Small Whole Foods but has a good meat counter and a decent salad bar. It has everything you need for a quick grocery run.

1. Most things here are very close to expiring2. The work ethic the cashiers have here would get them fired at HEB

I live in the neighborhood and am followed/cased almost every time I shop there. I've encountered rude staff. The manager Jonathan is aggro. It's unfortunate I'm a big fan of their stuff but I don't really go anymore and I live like a block away.

I come here every other day to grab fresh meat and delicious veggies. Definitely one of the smaller Whole Foods I’ve ever seen, and the baby section is lacking, but we’re in east austin. We don’t care about babies around here. We want to party hard and then come here thinking we’re going to detox the hard partying away like it never happened. Thanks Whole Foods!

Very small selection and rude rude staff. I wanted to get some food from the deli counter and the girl had her face painted so fun, but she ignored me for over 5 mins, didn't make eye contact, looked at the ground when I asked for help and replied "what." I asked for some deli items, she packed it and tossed it in the counter at me and walked away. Still amazed this is who markets their very pricey deli food. The pre packaged items all expire the next day, so it's difficult to shop for the week here. It's close to my apt but I'll drive to another grocery from now on.

A consistent step above most supermarkets and still the leading national chain for organic produce. Austin is where the chain started but this is not the flagship store. Employees are always pleasant without being in your face friendly

Are you kidding me? $7 to park at a grocery store? Oh, first time at this store. Was i supposed to get my ticket validated? No one asked me. Figured 10 minutes that i was in there wouldn't charge.

The parking is fine, BUT they have a sign that says that you have 2 free hours of parking, I went to do a quick grocery shopping, 20 mins max, and I had to pay 7Dlls!
