Such an amazing shoppe with A+ customer service -- and Laura!! Oof so helpful and a complete pro and lifesaver when it came to my hightech espresso machine -- this is what customer service used to mean and I love that we still have some of that here in Austin.

Wonderful staff and location. Shannon was extremely helpful with helping me pick out the perfect birthday gift and upon arrival the store was vibrant, welcoming and an overall amazing browsing experience. I’m now a Lifelong customer on my end from my first visit. Great team at this lovely location

Heads up! They allow dogs in their store, which is absolutely disgusting. For one, it's inconsiderate and unsafe for those who are allergic to pet dander, cats, and dogs. Secondly, who wants to shop in a space where pet hair is festering? Imagine purchasing silverware only to get home and find pet hair on your silverware.

They do not answer the phone. Google indicates that they close at 9pm CT. I've tried calling 4-5 times today between 7-8:05pm to check if an item is in stock. No one answered any of the calls.

A few months ago , we bought glass containers with the WS logo on them for our kids lunches and all of the white closing clips have completely snapped off. Worst quality for $40 :(.

I paid around 35$ for a set of sheets. I also bought the additional pillow covers a d duvet cover. White with a blue pipeing. Once it was washed it was horrible. Thin scratchy really tacky. I'll never buy from them again

Williams Sonoma all the products are made in China, and they are too overpriced. The employees all try to push you, you can tell the manager tells them to sell hard to customers instead of just letting it be a relaxed environment. It’s going out of business for a reason. I can go to the dollar store and get China made cooking products for one dollar.

I was recently at a book signing at the N Lamar Williams Sonoma store. It was a very large crowd. The staff at the store was extremely organized and so gracious. I had some mobility issues and they went out of their way to make me comfortable. I had a chance to observe and they were wonderful to everyone. It is so nice to be in a store where everyone works as a team to make everyone's shopping experience a good one! Look forward to returning to shop more of their great selection of kitchen and home goods.

Marco is one of the worst companies ever do not order any products from them. I ordered the cookware set stainless steel and after the first use, there were stains on it and lines around the cookware. The company says all you have to do is use vinegar to get the white spots off but that did not happen. It didn’t work so then they sent me an email saying oh use this cleaning product but I refuse because I wanted to return it and get a refund in no way nowhere should stainless steel ever have staining spots like that. Now two months later, I am still disputing with this company and they will not. It looks like take any returns. Do not order from them. Stay far away.

It’s a discount store for Williams-Sonoma. The majority discount ranges from 20% to 60%. Quality differs because it’s an outlet. Make sure to pick the product that fits your standard because some products might be just ok. I chatted with one employee about the fry pan and she is professional. However, there are some employees who are lazy to reply to your questions. Overall, I will say it’s just an ok store.
