It’s a discount store for Williams-Sonoma. The majority discount ranges from 20% to 60%. Quality differs because it’s an outlet. Make sure to pick the product that fits your standard because some products might be just ok. I chatted with one employee about the fry pan and she is professional. However, there are some employees who are lazy to reply to your questions. Overall, I will say it’s just an ok store.

Marc went above and beyond helping me get my new Staub cast iron pan! Thank you so much, I just finished using it for the first time and it worked wonderfully. I appreciate all of your help, Marc!

I went to WS to compare and try out different coffee machines. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and helped me come to my decision without any sales pressure whatsoever. They even matched another stores sale price. I ended up purchasing a Jura E8 and am loving it. Shout out especially to Shamrah and Ann!!

I was in store for a book signing event and was blown away by the hospitality and professionalism I experienced from all of the staff. Jennifer, the store manager, is obviously running an impeccable business with a positive culture. On top of all of that, they have quality products that are well designed and beautiful. Stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is always empty and I completely understand why. Whenever I go in to purchase a kitchen appliance they either do not have it or are doing inventory. I’ll just stick to purchasing from amazon.

This store is definitely my go to for gifts of any occasion. Jennifer, the store manager had great suggestions and is always friendly and professional. She’s helped me find gifts and shop for myself. It’s a beautiful and clean store and they often have coffee or infused waters to sample.

Williams Sonoma is going out of business for a reason. They have the worst customer service ever!My husband bought my a $19.99 potato peeler last year. I’ve used it about 5 times. It broke on Thanksgiving day so I decided to return it and get another one.I drove 30 miles from Georgetown to Austin as that is the only store still in the Austin area. The sales associate was ready to exchange the peeler until she asked me when it was purchased. When I told her some time last year she informed me they had a strict 30 day return policy on all items. Are you kidding me? So, if I purchase an expensive item such as a Kitchen Aid mixer or a cappuccino machine I am out of luck if it breaks on day 31???This is the reason this company is losing so much money that they are forced to shut down 200 of their stores.Honestly, would replacing a $19.99 potato peeler actually break them??If anything, it would produce good will with their customers.Don’t shop here. Buy your appliances at Kohls or any place else that will gladly return or replace the item.

Customer service here is very hit or miss but the store is beautifully kept and I usually can find what I am looking for without assistance. Sometimes the sales associates will ask if you need help but more often than not, they just kind of ignore you. I do have to ask for help when I need it but that's not always a bad thing.

I am such a stickler for customer service. REAL customer service. This is honestly above that and always blows me away how awesome they are.I was looking for a particular attachment for something and they added me to a list and kept me in mind about it and was PROACTIVE in calling me when one came in. This was many, many weeks in the making. This made my day to be able to pick this up today. The cucumber water was delicious. I love how they always have some kind of special water made for customers. This was by far the best part of my day today ❤️ ♥️

My favorite thing to do at Williams-Sonoma is to look at the beautiful displays and and purchase those kitchen items that I always forget to buy online (whisks, tiny spatulas, measuring spoons, cutting board, etc). However, that thin blonde woman who works there in the afternoons does not let me shop in peace without accosting me and following me around. How many times do I have to tell her that "No, I do NOT need your help. Now go away." The last time, she asked me TWICE in the span of ten minutes, then follows me around "fixing" the shelves like I can't see her prowling. Lady Evening Manager, trust me that I would much rather be shopping at the Barton Creek Mall location - so get off my back and keep your racist profiling on check.

Lots of great gifts and items for the house. It's fun to see what they have. If you have young ones who like to cook it's nice to get them some of the fun mixes they have as well as some kitchen gadgets to go with it. Also great for adults to find gifts and other items for the house.

I was in twice in two days to return items I purchased online as well as buy new things. Both times Chris helped me with patience and genuine care. Just an exemplary demonstration of spot on customer service. I can't recommend this location more.

This terrible replacement store has got to be worst William Sonoma on the planet. From three big stores with lots of selection with knowledgeable staff they have come down to this miserable little outlet. I am so disappointed in this store there are no words. No selection many items you ask for the staff direct to the online ordering. Now I really miss the California shopping experience. This store is one sorry excuse for a William Sonoma. The company should be ashamed of themselves. With the exploding population of Austin and the surrounding areas this is an extremely disappointing experience.
