Yesterday I went to get a dress for my daughter and we had a very bad experience with one of the employees, my daughter was trying on some dresses and when I went to bring her two more the employee snatched them out of my hands and told us no more because she had already tried on too many, it was truly outrageous the treatment made us feel like we had done something wrong, I had never felt so bad and I had never had an experience like that, it was a tall brunette woman and she was really very rude, she did it in front of people, I just left feeling very bad, I didn't know what to do, I already reported her, I hope they do something and don't have that type of staff, anyone goes to buy, we don't deserve that treatment.

Poor management. They need to limit the number of clothes that can be taken into the dressing room. People have been waiting for 90 minutes in line because girls are taking stacks and stacks of dresses in there and the line is not moving. They really need a better system and to hire some adults who are old enough that they actually care about their customers

09/17/25. Employees need to cope with the fact that they close at 8 on weekdays, not 7:35. We've all worked in customer service. I understand you might feel like you're the first.
I went ahead and hung every item my daughter tried on neatly back on it's hanger, zipped up with bows tied, and I exited the store at 8 on the dot. Had the lady yelling at me from behind the counter asked, I would have purchased several dresses. Unfortunately she had already snatched them from me and handed them off to another employee to return to the racks.

I went in looking for a dress for a wedding and the first young lady who assisted me with the dress was very helpful and nice but i saw leaving for either a break or for the day. I then needed help finding my shoe size and approached a different girl and asked her if she would mind helping me. She replies with “ what??” and then says what size and just storms in the back to go get it with a really bad attitude, comes back and says i don’t have that size. I then decided trying on a different pair of shoe and asked a different young lady for help. She says she had to wait for the other coworker to come to the front to go get a shoe which I understood. The other person came back and it was the same person that was rude. She went and got me the other shoe slammed it on the counter and walked away. I could not believe this is how they treat people here. I watched interactions with her and other clients and she was terrible with everyone. At that point, I had had enough, went to the register to get checked out by the nice lady and asked her if she’s the store manager. She said no and asked her who is. She didn’t answer me at first and asked her again and you could see the fear in her eyes of not wanting to say and then pointed at the very rude girl from earlier. I asked for her name and she said Jenn. I was utterly shocked that this person who treats customers so bad is the actual store manager. How anyone made HER a store manager, is beyond me. You could see the unprofessionalism Throughout the whole store And it definitely shows on her employees face as well. They just fear her. She is impolite, ill-mannered and very demeaning. She doesn’t care about her employees or anyone!!! Stay far away from this location until they make a Mgmt change. What a shame!!

Me and my friend went into Windsor looking for an outfit for a work event. Such a good experience. Dominique was so helpful, friendly, super outgoing!!! She made it to be such a great shopping experience!! Definitely recommend shopping there!!!

The store Manager Dominique was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in all the way through checkout, she didn't rush us nor did we feel rushed. We will definitely be back!!!

Windsor at Barton Creek Mall to the rescue! I needed a dress last minute for an event. Dominique at Windsor was so helpful, took all of my stress away with her kindness & support! it was just a bonus that we shared the same name ?

It seems like store is under new management , because the in-store experience has been a true pleasure. I met Dom. She’s very helpful and accommodating. I will be returning and telling my friends to visit.

Worst customer service and I was in line to try something in the fitting room at 7:32 and the store closes at 8pm and she still didn’t let us try on 2 dresses

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU SHOP HERE FOR A PROM DRESS!!!!! When my daughter and I went to the Windsor store at Barton Creek Mall in Austin on March 29, 2023 the store was packed. There was a two hour wait to use a dressing room and about an hour wait just to check out. I know if the fire Marshall had come they would have shut the store down. The employees were very rude and very unprofessional. The employees appearance looked like they stumbled out of bed and went to work. Your store was a mess with people stepping on clothes that were for sale. It was like we were an inconvenience to the store. My daughter finally found a dress that she loved and was very adamant about getting it. We went to check out and waited. They did tell me no returns at checkout. They also entered my name wrong on the receipt which shows how careless the employees are. On April 15, 2023 my daughter put the dress on and the zipper was busted. Keep in mind the no return policy and that prom is less than a week away. I got ahold of customer service and you can only communicate through text which is even more frustrating. YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE STORE TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE SINCE ALL CALLS GO TO ONE PLACE. I'm not driving an hour and a half to argue with a manager because there was no point as they have a no return policy. I ended up taking it to an alteration company. I will pay at least $70+ to fix it because Windsor sold me a faulty product and said, "We go through a quality inspection." My daughter has prom on Saturday and Windsor hasn't helped yet. I called corporate and am currently waiting on a call back.**Skip the headache and the stress by going elsewhere.**

The only reason my wife and I stopped in this establishment is the mere fact that JC penny was not open yet.Upon first entrance I couldn't tell the difference between the children shopping and working. My wife found some pants that she wanted to try on, so we waited by the fitting stalls. As we waited (about 10 minutes) this one employee cuts in front of us with a group of girls and allows them into a stall.This employee not only saw us standing there and ignored my wife patientlywaiting, but she also had the audacity to look at my wife and say:"that probably wouldn't fit you anyway "This young white employee was twice the size of a grown man and had no place to advise anyone of their physical stature.We immediately left and had ruined my wife's shopping experience before it even began. We left straight to the car and went home.This was unacceptable.

After reviewing all the reviews of this specific location it’s disappointing that the owner does not talk to their employees about the customer service they have. I went here yesterday and this pregnant lady was very rude to use just because we ask her for a fitting room. If you don’t want to work don’t go baby their is plenty of jobs you can apply to if your life is ? miserable leave ! Don’t make life miserable to others ! Just because you have to work here! I would take action owner ! You lost customers because of her yesterday. she is racist towards hispanic’s. She really need a reminder of why she pays her bills because of us !
