i highly recommend NOT shopping at winnie couture in austin!! i went with a friend of mine for her to try on wedding dresses and from the moment we walked in, it wasn’t a great experience. there was only one other group in there at the time, but by the time my friend entered the dressing room, they were gone. the store is very small, which is fine, but when we walked in there were two female employees standing behind the desk, neither of which greeted us. there was a very small selection of dresses and we were told to pick what she wanted to try on. once it came time to try the dresses on, my friend was not offered any help whatsoever so myself and our other party guest had to go into the dressing room, which was very small, to help the bride. my friend absolutely fell in love with a dress and asked for a few different veils to try on and as she was putting them on, both employees stood behind the desk and laughed at her to the point that one of them was squatting down to try and hide. this made her immediately feel uncomfortable and she wanted to leave. she tried on one more dress and they again, laughed while behind their little desk. unfortunately, this led to my friend not wanting to buy a dress that she loved and when i asked the two employees if there was a manager i could speak to, i was told they were not allowed to give out that information. as i spoke to them to let them know why what they did wasn’t okay, they just shook their heads and didn’t speak. winnie couture is not a welcoming environment at all and i don’t suggest any bride go there to try on dresses.

Olivia was amazing helping me find my dress allowing me to look and express my wants. The selection of dresses where just so beautiful I wanted to try all of them. I found my dream dress here and I am just beyond excited! Thank you Olivia!

We went to 3 different bridal shops prior to. Hands down, this place is amazing! The customer service and personal “one on one” atmosphere was out of this world. Thank you Olivia for everything and Winnie Couture for just simply existing 💕

We had an amazing time trying dresses at Winnie. Tyler was so helpful and knew the answers to all of my questions. Other places in Austin seemed to rush me but she let us take all the time we needed. The shop was also beautiful inside.
I ultimately ended up picking a dress from a shop out of town, but I would recommend Winnie to anyone in Austin.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My sister in law got her dress designed there and they made her a dress that looks nothing like the original one she picked. The waist was too low and completely messed up the top. They didn’t take the time to understand what she wants and communication was horrible during the design period. It looked nothing like the dress she ordered and paid $3000 for. Management refused to even speak to her about solutions or a refund and said you can only speak to the sales reps. The wedding is in two weeks and my sister in law is devastated. This ruined her wedding. If you want the same experience, go to Winnie.

Working with Marah in Austin was the most incredible experience I had finding in my dream dress. She not only is incredibly knowledgeable about fashion but has a heart of gold and went above and beyond to make sure I was treated like a princess! ?
But the most incredible thing was finding a true new friend as well! Go visit Winnie couture and find your dream dress with Marah!!

Winnie Couture was the first place I visited on my search for the dress and it was my last stop. The advisors were great and very helpful and patient with me in trying on dresses and recommending great customization choices. Also, my dress took only 6 months to get to the store, which was amazing!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Winnie Couture working with Marah! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and presented beautiful dresses that were exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to make sure that my family who couldn’t be there was still included, and hyped me up throughout the process.Overall, it was a stress free, fun experience that ended with me buying my dream dress!

They were all so wonderful helping my friend with her wedding dress. All the ladies knew what they were doing, and it is clear they know body shapes and what would look best on each bride. The dresses are absolutely beautiful! It made me want to get married again just to wear one of those dresses!
