I usually don’t leave reviews but every time I come here I always wait very long there will be multiple people on shift but only one person helping customers. Today when I came in was the last straw I sat waiting looking at my phone trying to just wait . But I heard one blonde haired worker says to another something about me making her feel like she needs to work faster. They always make me wait for 15 to 20 minutes they always have a line because they are slow and seeing the reviews I’m not the only person with problems

I went in today with some problems I was having on my account, the ladies here where very very helpful and answered all my question along with providing me with extra knowledge that will help me today and in the future. I appreciate all their help and knowledge and patience!

I got 0 notification through email or otherwise, so imagine my surprise when I walk in to deposit a check only to be told my account was locked and I needed to get a new card. They couldn't give me any explanation, or reason, or proof as to why I wasn't notified or of the compromise in question. Then they cut up my card. Needless to say, first thing tomorrow morning I'm shopping around for a new bank. I've had nothing but headaches dealing with this bank. Save your sanity and go somewhere else.

These people (at this location at least), starting with the manager, are inept. Incompetent. Rude. Unprofessional. Horrible. I cannot express how horridly they treat customers. They gave me false information (legally incorrect) and blatantly lied. Had to speak with the main branch to get problem resolved. Just awful.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER. They are too SLOW and female has the most HORRIBLE ATTITUDE for someone working in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I paid an account balance and requested to close the new account and they never did!!! I even had them shred the debit card! I had to drive all the way to PARMER for a LETTER OF CLOSURE from A DIFFERENT MANAGER!!! I’m glad o have other financial institutions to utilize because this account was only for leisure and to keep money separate but not worth the drive, drama, or DISRESPECT!

The black lady that is the Supervisor at Woodforest on Custer Rd and 380 in McKinney is so unprofessional. When the employees are trying to help customers she screams from the desk she always sit at asking questions about people's personal information out loud instead of getting up and coming over. l must say that the African American gentlemen that l think is a Supervisor is very, very professional.
