The staff at the location seem helpful, but we have been fighting a fraud charge unsuccessfully and their fraud department is spending all their effort defending the thief. We’ll just be out our money and take it somewhere else at this point, not that Woodforest will care about losing our account.

This branch inside Walmart on IH35 is the absolute best place if I could give 10 stars I would the gentleman helped me get my money orders together for my new apartment I went back and forth with my apartment complex getting several money orders but they were so helpful and it really made my day I absolutely love this place and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bank or in the market for a forever bank because this place is top notch
