Opened an account today at Woodforest and Jana had helped me out. She's a Gm and absolutely great, I had no problems with getting my account started and she answered all questions I had. I would absolutely recommend to bank here. Can't wait to get my check 😎 10 stars

I had the opportunity to meet Jana Salveta at the North Austin location today.
I had explained to her on the phone that I was having issues with a particular money order transaction. Jana had listened to how I reached the point I was currently at, she understood the frustration and invited me to come into her branch to speak with her. Take note that nothing had to do with WoodForest National Bank before today.
Once I was able to sit down with her, she had explained how opening an account may benefit me in what I was trying to do and in the long run may even be a secondary account that I can use offline, which to me sounded great.
Jana was extremely knowledgeable, well spoken, polite, and just understands the assignment and the best way to get results.

Wanted to share real quick that the folks that work here are the absolute best! I have had all kinds of issues with my social security checks in the past and fraud in the past and they helped me navigate it all and were and continue to be incredibly helpful and proactive! I'm high maintenance and they don't car, lol! I use the lakecreek 183 branch - the best!
