Jana and the team are so wonderful. I opened a new account for my mom and the benefit offered from this bank is great. My mom is in her 60’s and a green card holder. This is her first time she opened her own account in the US. Jana start the process so quick and easy. You must have the completed documentation they need. So it can be easily done on the spot. My mom got her account and bank card the same day. The ATM can use the next day after 24 hours activation.The bank offered free gift away too which is fun sometimes to stop by at the bank. They are fun and care for people.Thank you Jana and the wonderful team at Woodforest Walmart!

Horrible customer service. I have banked with Woodforest for years in Houston, but this location is horrendous. I recommend banking ANYWHERE else.

This was a horrible visit. Been with Woodforest for over 8 yrs. with several accounts. Ryn Williams if you don't want to work go home. If you hadn't pulled my money from my account I would have left. I should have made you put it back in my account and left anyway. Wanted to get $150 of 1's in bundles of $50 for my grand babies for Christmas. She counted it out in bundles of $25. That was fine. Instead of stacking them in bundles of $50, she put it in 1 bundle. . So here we go again with the count and bundles of $50. Seriously, won't be back to the 620 branch. Rye Williams needs a new job, anyone hiring? Maybe work for Walmart.

I recently visited this branch and had the pleasure of speaking with Caitlyn. I had a lot of questions about overdraft fees, banking processes, etc. and she was able to answer them all. Her knowledge of the banking industry and WoodForest policies is impressive and she is very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about her. Woodforest is very lucky to have an employee like Caitlyn.

Wish i could give them 0 stars. I've been waiting almost 2 months trying to get them to send me my new card. On top of thats Benwhite employees lied to me for a whole month telling me my card was sent. Had to call another location just to find out nothing was ever done or sent to me by anyone. Just flat out lied to my face. These people are about to leave me homeless in a city 100s of miles away from home. So disappointed, worst customer service.
