BJ is the best groomer. Louie loves him. BJ takes his time and listens. I would trust him even if I didn’t have a goldendoodle. Never any complaints with BJ. I always know when I drop off Louie, he is in great hands.

Took my dog Rufus in last week for a basic wash and a nail trim. He has black nails, so perhaps the groomer was timid? Returned home and his nails were still clicking on the floor despite paying extra fee for dremel. I called and got him back in on Saturday. They offered to fix for free. His nails are still clicking on the floor. For $70 and taking him in twice, I’d expected to not hear his nails clicking anymore. Won’t go back.

I have been bringing my dog here for years and usually love how he turns out! I think there was some miscommunication between the groomer and myself because he’s a little longer then usual but he still looks great!

Updated review: Second time trying this place. But sadly I am still disappointed with my experience here. Environment: The store was still nice and welcoming. Tons of treats, toys, and other options.Staff: This time the staff was way nicer. I scheduled everything remotely via the website. The booking process could be easier, but overall it wasn't horrible. Grooming: I was extremely disappointed with my dogs grooming. When I doped my dog off, I specifically told the groomer (in person) to NOT cut my dogs boots and back leg hair completely off, I only wanted them lightly trimmed. I thought she understood because she said "oh well do you want to switch to just a mini groom then", so I said yes. I did not want my dogs boots and legs cut down a lot because this is part of what makes him so majestic. When I went to pick him up, I see that she cut everything completely down and not all of it was evenly cut. I was EXTREMELY upset, but didn't make a scene because that wouldn't of brought my dogs hair back. The groomer herself was super nice but just clearly didn't understand what I wanted. Price: I paid a total of $130 (after $15 tip) and it took 2 1/2 hours to groom my dog. They text me saying he wasn't a fan of the blow dryer so that it was going to take longer. At NO POINT did they advise me of any extra frees, and low and behold, when I picked him up there was a $10 "extra time fee". If they would have told me there was a fee, I would of picked him up after a towl dry. So, LOOK OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES! Overall: this place went from a 2 start to 3 star because of the staff being nice. HOWEVER, I do not recommend taking your dog here unless you want them shaved down completely.

Took my dog there on Friday, their website has no information about pricing every bath has the same exact information. I have taken my dog to the location off Lamar and have had a great experience. When I called asking what the difference was between baths they had no clue. The front staff is awkward and unfriendly. The grooming isn't great and extremely over priced! Would not recommend this location at all.

Just tried to go today at 2:30. Although the sign says they were open, they were not. There was a sign on the door saying that they were on a lunch break…..no time saying when they would reopen. Someone did finally come to the door and say they will be closed at least another 45 minutes. I’d suggest you call before going, however you will only get their voicemail. Thomlinsons downThe street might be a better bet.

Lily did such a great job grooming my little pup! He's so cute now! They were very patient and helpful in getting me to the right website for scheduling online. I definitely recommend them for grooming and yummy dog treats.

I have been taken my puppy there since being a puppy and BJ does an amazing job with her I will not take her to anyone else to get groomed. We love our groomer!

I've been to this location a couple of times in past and never had any issues. Actually, I've always had good visit to this location. Today since I was in the area I decided to stop by to get my dog some treats. The lady that was sitting at the desk was rude. Never said a word when I came in, she had her AirPods in and was on a person phone call, she watched me the whole time and me feel very uncomfortable. When I came up to the desk she had attended and showed me that she really didn't want to help me. It was a very uncomfortable. I hurried and paid for my stuff and left. If they are going to hire people like then I won't waste my time going back.

Just some feedback for Chris the owner. We scheduled an undercoat shave for our cat online for April 10 and was sent an email stating that there was a conflict. I didn't see this email and showed up with the cat. If there is a conflict, then the staff needs to initiate a phone call if they don't get a response. We rescheduled while we were there, showed up again only to be told that they don't do cat grooming, just nails. Serious, serious miscommunication issues and a twice traumatized cat car ride with no results. Remove any reference to cat grooming on the online scheduling site. Train staff to be conscientious and clear with communication. We are long time regulars with Allison for our dog and will use BJ for a upcoming groom for Little Man due to Allison's absence. We see good reviews for him and are hopeful to remain with you! ((and if you didn't get this information in an email, check with the staff to see where it may have gone))

I booked an appointment for my golden doodle weeks prior. I receive a phone call this morning informing me that my groomer is unavailable for tomorrow's appointment March 14, and can't reschedule until March 26. That is 12 days after our scheduled appointment. The receptionist was apologetic, but made no effort to check for another day that was closer. She stated that March 26 was all they had. I was offered a 15% discount, however this a huge inconvenience. I really enjoyed my doodles first cut at this location, but I'm just displeased with the length of time between the cancelled appointment and the attempted reschedule.Thank you for responding, Chris! However, I was never offered an option to be added to the waitlist. I received one option: reschedule to the 26th for 15% off. I asked if there was anything else that could be done, and I was told no. I am so sorry to hear the reason why the groomer was sick. However, rescheduling wasn't the issue. I'm flexible, and understand that things come up. The issue was the length of time until the next appt. Thanks again for your response.

I took Dexter for a follow up appointment for additional grooming ( wanted a shorter cut with warm weather approaching) This place is the BEST. Extra special shout out to B.J. for giving the best cut I've ever seen on an Australian Shepherd in almost 20 years. My last Aussie stayed with me for 16 years- I adopted Dexter here in Austin 3 years ago. I've been to multiple groomers spanning several cities from SF to Seattle to here. And I've never seen this great of a cut, true artistic talent. And the young lady at the counter was fantastic - multi-tasking brilliantly, friendly and smiling. I can't imagine going anywhere else ( unless BJ leaves of course) Keep up the amazing work!!

What a caring staff! My pup Noodles is incredibly anxious at the groomers. The team went above and beyond to insure she had a pleasant experience. This place is like no other in town.
