Amazing experience! This place has the absolute COOLEST and unique pieces. I messaged about a piece that was listed on FB Marketplace, got a fast response, and headed to pick up within a couple of hours. I couldn't be more please. Thank you Ryan for a great experience. We will be back!

We had such an amazing experience at World Interiors! They have a wide selection of tables, chairs, furniture, etc. It was difficult not to buy everything! The prices were very reasonable and I was impressed by the quality of each piece. We found everything we needed here! Ryan was super knowledgeable about each piece and gave helpful tips about cleaning and care of the table and chairs we bought. Overall, we had an excellent experience!

Customer service is terrible. Do not purchase your furniture here. We drove all the way down to the store to buy and pick up a table to be told the warehouse guys aren't available to pull the furniture. So the only option they gave us is to pay 200 for shipping when we already brought the necessary equipment to load and take home. What a waste of time... can't believe how Ryan treated us at the front. So we left with nothing..

One of the best furniture stores in Austin where you can get hand made furniture with rustic and antic touch. Hudson was very helpful throughout our visit. I recommend going to this place if you are shopping around new furniture

I bought a sofa there recently and had it shipped to me in Florida. I like the sofa but a very short time later 30-60 days they dropped the price by 425.00. I was actually looking at some other things from them and that is why I noticed. I called them and they at first suggested I had purchased it at a closeout rate but then looked it up and realized I did not. I spoke to a Robyn about this and to her credit she did call me back quickly on her manager's behalf and said that they would not be able to refund anything. His name was Ryan. That is a large drop in price. I like the sofa but I would never shop here again. Since I told them I was looking at a desk and a bookcase, they could have offered me store credit for the difference. They could have offered half of it in store credit. Not a very creative approach to dealing with customers or in securing repeat business. The manner in which their policy was explained to me felt off as well, and I have the feeling that if I ever did have any trouble with an item it would bea huge hassle. I think customer service is about to start mattering a lot again. Definite 1 star behavior.
