They came 7 hours late, without the correct tools for the installation I paid for, and then left my TV on the floor + a big mess. You can only call a number that goes to the Philippines, and then get more terrible service.

Delivery team was polite and professional. I was kept aware of the delivery time and they showed up as scheduled. They took great care to avoid any damage to my home or my new refrigerator. Installation was complete, work area cleaned, and familiarization with the appliance was done and the crew out the door in about 30 mins. BTW, this was a two man crew and they picked up my old refrigerator and carried it out and never broke a sweat.

They delivered my LG appliances on time and were polite and respectful of the home/doors and floors. Plus they had all the hoses and plugs!!
