I love this store, super fun and exciting to try new things out. Wide variety, and staff is super friendly and helpful. Marie was awesome on helping me put together a sexy halloween outfit, and greeted me when I walked in.

I’ve had very pleasant experiences at this store, both locations! Zoe has helped me a few times and really makes the visits. Super informative and knowledgeable about various products across the store! The staff as a whole has always been really polite, and created a safe space for me to shop peacefully :)

I was so eager to step in this place because I read the reviews. I was ready to pop off anyone who was going to treat me rudely. But instead the staff was very friendly and helpful. They carry a lot of items that other places don’t usually have. I especially love there cutoff shorts, so sexy! Prices are reasonable. BTW. On the entrance door it does have a paper saying that they check IDs. So just make sure you take an unexpired ID.

Before coming here, get rid of the stigma associated with a place like this. The store was well light and clean. There's a huge assortment of kinky stuff to play with. The only downside is that there's no bathroom and you have to walk to the 7-11 located across the street if you need to pee. But other than that, this place was a perfect 10. With a shy voice I asked for help in deciding what dildo to use. I have never used a dildo since getting married 16 years ago. It was somewhat overwhelming experience but one of the employees came to my rescue. She explained the difference in length and thickness and how that translates into having a pleasant time without hurting yourself.At the end, I got a clit vibrator in the shape of a rose-highly recommended if you love toe-curling orgasms.Definitely a great way to spice up your life.

Went with my wife to pick up condoms and didn't know I had to have a reason to get a specific type of condom without explaining myself. I do not expect to have to explain my personal situation to someone in order to make a purchase.

I previously wrote a review a few months back and only gave 3 stars because when I visit I never get greeted or acknowledged when I come in... and I would visit just about every Wednesday for a good while. Usually there would only be one person working and I would have to wait 20 or so minutes to get help because they would be chatting it up with customers who weren't needing any help, just catching up like old friends. Which is good they have close relationships with customers but I felt very ignored most of the time. With that being said this place has an awesome variety of absolutely everything for every interest just about. Their latex and pvc section is expanding ?? and they have the holy grail of toys! Not to mention queen sizes in lingerie and hosiery including bodysuits. And there is an industry discount ?. Fantastic and wide selection of lubricants especially for sensitive skin.I visited a few weeks back and still not acknowledged or greeted while I always noticed other guests were. But the person on all the tiktoks is really nice and helpful and the guy with long hair was very kind and cool. I changed my review to 4 stars because my interaction with him was very pleasant. I shop around quite a bit and this place by far has the biggest selection ?.

Great products, great staff! Friendly and knowledgeable! I was a little uncomfortable going in but they made me feel very comfortable and weren't afraid to talk about anything questions I had. Will definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I both went here to look for something and were actually very surprised. We had stopped to Planet K then walked over to it and it was not what we expected. It's a very comfortable atmosphere. It has a pretty good selection on anything you'd need. The people behind the counter were kind and enlightened us on some things. Prices were pretty good too. It's not like some adult shops that have a more uncomfortable floor plan and just kind of a "dirty" feel. This one really did feel like a normal store and I'd highly recommend it

Been to several adult stores in the area and this one is pretty much our first stop looking for things now. It's quite a large space with a very big inventory. They definitely have a lot larger clothing section than most of the others. Staff is very friendly and willing to give a helpful suggestion or opinion on just about anything. It is always very clean when we go and always well lit. I don't want to go into too much detail so I can keep the review PG, but coming from a couple in the local LS community, I definitely say check them out!

First time ever going into a place like this and I immediately got yelled at to repark. Then when I came back in the staff yelled again and louderthis time asking for my ID. Very unprofessional staff, not welcoming at alllll...Edit: We weren't parked in handicapped places, and we don't care about showing our ID's, the problem was the way the staff went about asking us. In no professional setting should a customer service worker yell at their customers, especially when the customer's were being polite and respectful.
