Awesome place to spend time and enjoy the city. They do have the largest bay population fly right through the area of you come at the right time of year.

I've been to Austin a few times but never to the Yeti store. We made sure to put it on the itinerary for this trip, and it was well worth it. I think we spent a good 2-3 hours here. I wish I had their names but a couple of the associates were so nice and friendly. We talked to them a long while just about Austin in general and received some great recommendations. Then, eventually, about products too. They have some flagship store-only exclusives so it was cool to shop around. I ended up getting a new insulated coffee tumbler in the new lavender color with an Austin logo etched on. My boyfriend decided to get something similar etched onto a new koozie. While we waited for our new purchases to be etched, we of course checked out the bar which is located on a big front porch with great vibes. There are some rocking chairs, coolers for seating, foosball (also made out of a yeti cooler) and friendly bartenders. The drinks were pretty cheap and it was just a great time having a drink at *the* Yeti headquarters. Highly recommend!

Terrible online customer service. Still trying to get wax for my hopper flip. Agent Julia C is useless and just left. Maybe I should just return it and buy a cooler from a different company.

Super cool spot that is beyond just the store. The bar out front has some cool drinks that you get to drink inside of Yeti cups. I think this is a fun stop if you have never been, like the brand, and want something to beat the Austin heat!

Do you like Yeti's? Then this is your store. Blew my mind how many different things yeti makes. Cool spot. It is expensive and not for me, but I definitely recommend it to anyone who is into that. I went with a friend and he loved it.

A great selection of Yeti's high-quality goods! Everything from backpacks and coolers (obviously) to super-sturdy steel dog bowls and clothing and ice scoops (less obvious). All employees friendly and helpful, ready to explain the gear and candid about what's available and what's not. The outside bar is a relaxed space for sure, but unavoidably noisy due to its location at a huge intersection. Cocktails tasty and priced in line with the market; not very strong. I would definitely return for music. A *certain* outdoor co-op I visit could consider steeping up their game!

FRUSTRATED WITH YETI!! WAITING FOR A WARRANTED DOG BED FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!! CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT HELP AND CANNOT PROVIDE ANOTHER CONTACT PERSON WHO CAN HELP! THEY MUST WAIT FOR THE "INQUIRY DEPARTMENT" WHO ISN'T HELPFUL EITHER!! Returned a Trailhead Dog Bed under warranty in NOVEMBER due to a defect. It was received by Yeti on 12/01/2023. Bought a $30 box at UPS to return the bed and a cheap $30 bed for the dog to use in the meantime. Found out during inquiry as to the status of the new bed that Yeti would have sent the new bed and we could use the box it came in to return the bed!! Great info after spending $60!! After numerous calls to customer service - I found one person, (Matthew), who explained why there was a delay, and started the process to get a bed to us - but he still had to wait for the "internal team" to okay it. I called today - THE BEDS ARE OUT OF STOCK in the warranty department. BUT YOU CAN ORDER THEM ON LINE!! We have no idea after more than a month as to whether this dog bed will ever be replaced! Customer service sends 20% off discounts to dissatisfied customers - but why would I ever order another item from this company after the time and money I've spent just trying to get an item from them that should have been sent out a month ago?!! Rec'd a call from YETI customer service on 01/09/2023 informing me that a Trailhead Dog Bed replacement should arrive within the next couple of days. The SKU was entered incorrectly initially and wasn't recognized by the other customer service reps. The YETI bed is the only bed that our dog hasn't damaged! We will all be so happy when this delivery comes!!

On December 1, 2023 my husband and I purchased a customized Yeti RAMBLER® 20 OZ TUMBLER WITH MAGSLIDER™ coffee mug for our son's Christmas stocking. Before Christmas we called Yeti Customer Support (CS) line multiple times as the tracking information kept changing and made no sense. The CS team could not help. Finally, today (the day after Christmas), UPS indicated that the item is lost. So I called the Yeti Customer Support (CS) line again as instructed by UPS. The CS agent at Yeti was condescending (seemingly annoyed that I had an issue) and he said he had no authority to refund my money or to reship the order. The CS agent also said he would send a request to another department for review, but he could not estimate when the other department would review our refund request. He said 7 to 10+ days to get a response from the other department. I also asked for a CS manager to contact me - but no one has. Having a lost item can happen. Having a CS team that can not address such a basic issue is unacceptable. I won't be buying Yeti anymore.

Came in here on a random Thursday with a friend who was on a mission for replacement lids for several 26 ounce ramblers. Our sales guy (we didn't get his name) was very helpful. The assistant store manager, Tim, however, was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and was able to help us out and explain things simplistically and easily. And he also hooked my girlfriend up with a complimentary gasket as she just needed one and he happened to have a spare in the back. This place is banging. Very dog friendly. A bar. A stage for live music. Lots of merch. You can even engrave your yeti's on site. Will definitely return.

Who knew the only thing that would make a yeti store better is having a bar outside of it?? We stopped in to both buy some merchandise and have a drink. I loved my canned ranch water, and the price wasn't any different than another bar. Fun part is that you can give them your ID to hold onto if you want to borrow a koozie! We sat on the porch for a while, on chairs and makeshift benches from Yetis with a cushion on them. We definitely enjoyed our time! Only downside was some ice delivery came and when they threw the ice in one of our seat-coolers it soaked us in water. Oh well, at least it was hot out!

I'm a big fan of Yeti, already owned a couple before coming to this flagship location. Visiting Austin, from Canada. I knew that I was getting one and getting it customize. We came on a Sunday. My husband and I both got large tumbler one $30 and $40 and got it customize($12 each). They had originally had the customized free the week prior so it was taking several days, which was fine as we were in town for a week. After not getting a notification we came by 3 days after to check if it was ready, was told not yet. On Friday I finally called and they said it was ready, still didn't get a notification. We came in on Saturday before catching our flight home. The store is nice has a bar if you want a little cocktail while shopping. The store has a lot of yeti selections, from coolers, clothing, backpacks, so on and all tumblers you could ever imagine. Parking is hard to find.
