Good quality goods and the staff are super helpful. If you want engraving on the flasks however you have to head to the one downtown.

I love Yeti products. I have about 7 Yeti ramblers. most are the 26 ounce. Texas summer heat doesn't stand a chance. My drinks are cold all day. I'm always on the look out for replacement straws. I feel the stores never have them in stock. And possibly the only way to get them is to buy them online. Which I hate doing since I could drive to either location and not pay shipping.

If you look at the front of the store there is no doors. Just a wood door & not even a handle to open it.How can anyone guess those are the doors to get in?? A customer came out a left the wood door partially open. When we walked in nobody greeted us or even offered to help us. Employees just walked past & totally ignored us, we then walked out.Very unhelpful/unprofessional store.

I've bought SO many yeti products, when I asked them for a yeti decal it's like pulling teeth. She was bothered and that is not cool! You should automatically throw a couple in my bag after spending so much money!

Horrible products and horrible support experience. DO NOT Buy a yeti if you can buy something else.We spent over $1200 on two yeti coolers. 120l and a 26l water cooler with a faucet. We discovered the floor in our kitchen is warped because of a water leak from the defective seal on the spout. My criticism is not about the defective product, but about the defective support from the company.After three detailed email to support, and three calls, we are still being ignored. I can’t return the products to retail because it is past the 30 days return policy. I do not want retail credit under the 60 days return policy. We want the company to acknowledge the failure of the product and arrange for a FULL refund and perhaps to cover the cost of repair to the damaged flooring (which I don’t think is going to happen) We are stuck with a product we don’t want and the cost of the repair.After 6 attempts to deal with this issue I am reverting to social media. I hope the president or CEO of yeti is ready this bad post. This post should be your wake up call. Shame on your service department for ignoring this issue and hoping it will just go away. Disgraceful service from a top brand company.Now let’s see what the company will choose to do. I will keep you all posted.
