“When I was in the market for another used Mercedes, I found what I was looking for online at European Motors, LTD. in Fort Worth. The car was as described, and was provided with the Carfax showing it was a one owner car and had a good service record. Gerry was cordial, and introduced me to his service technician who outlined his experience. After the test drive, I made a fair offer with some minor work added. Gerry knows the line well, and we discussed future service. We agreed on a price, and the car was serviced with a fresh oil and filter change, including the air filter. Car was washed, and ready to pick up the next day. Some parts had to be ordered, and I set an appointment for the following week. Service was performed the same day and was done correctly. Car was washed before I picked it up. He has a nice selection of primarily Mercedes. Chuck is an experienced technician, and Linda is very sweet over the phone. Having been in business there for over 30 years should say something. I'll be a repeat customer.”
