“I took my truck in to have fixed because someone decided to back up without looking and hit my truck on psgr side back door where it meets the bed of truck. They took care of everything in a timely manner especially since dealing with the other person's insurance. That being said when they finished the work the truck looked awesome however without realizing it the messed up the evap system. I went back to them and we talked about it. I tried everything I could think of at first. Light kept coming on. I went and had a smoke test done and found the problem. I went back to Winstead and asked them if they would be willing to pay for at least part of it because I didn't have the issue when I went in. Dan said no problem if we broke it we will pay for it. Man of his word. Just got it in the repair shop today and I pd and took receipt back to the body shop. They wrote me a check immediately. They are awesome and courteous and stand behind their word. I recommend them to anyone and I will use them again. This is the shop in Fort Worth on White Settlement rd. I'd give 10 stars if it would allow me to.”

“Love these guys! I was referred by a friend and I'm so glad I was.
This is a family owned business and from the very beginning I was given amazing customer service and attention. I have a brand new 2026 Dodge ram 2500 diesel and within the first month and a half the entire side of my truck was scratched from somebody driving my vehicle and running into a high retaining wall. I was devastated. But Colton walked me through everything step-by-step, gave me realistic expectations and an amazing price.
From the minute I called and met with him to picking it up completely restored was a total of only 10 days. My truck looks brand new. And the best part, was a tail light that looked like it was destroyed and he was able to buff it out so that not one scratch showed and looks brand new instead of having to replace it!
To make my experience complete, I accidentally overpaid by $200 and didn’t even know it. They call me the next day and let me know.

“I've been taking my older Volvo to Ken for several years now, and I honestly wouldn't trust it with anyone else. Finding a mechanic who knows how to work on older Volvos and treats you fairly isn't easy, but Ken has been great every single time.
He's always friendly, takes the time to explain what's going on, and never pressures me into repairs I don't need. The work is done right the first time, and his prices are more than fair. It's obvious that he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.

“Full disclosure : We have only had 2 dealings with Reads Auto Collision, but both were positive. The first, we had them paint a Hyundai bumper for us as a carry out job. The price was fair, we took a new aftermarket bumper and installed it on one of our client vehicles.
The quality of work was great, the paint lasted several years and the vehicle was eventually traded, so we don't see it anymore.
The 2nd dealing, we brought a BMW 7-series over with a scratched rear bumper to get a quote for a repaint. It was a shop mishap that we were correcting, and swore up and down it was below the paint and into the actual bumper material.
They took a look at it out in the parking lot, ran back inside real quick and came back out with a small buffer and polishing compound. After about 2-3 minutes of work, the scratch was completely gone.
We offered a couple of times to pay for his time and skill, but he declined. Positive attitude, fair pricing, very friendly. We highly recommend considering this body shop for your collision or paint repair needs.”
