Horrible customer service, very rude. I told that man I was on my way from Oklahoma and I needed that trailer. I asked him do I need to reserve it, he said no I’ll hold it for you. I said ok, an hour into my drive to Texas he calls me back and says the trailer is gone. I’m very disappointed and will never use this place...
