Richard has been terrific at helping to maintain the vehicle and I expect to continue the service for another 10 years. The AutoNation Acura service department with Richard always inspects the vehicle to make sure we are not missing something that needs attention. Since I travel cross country I am assured the vehicle is ready to roll.”

“I stopped there yesterday afternoon not too sure on what light I needed for my vehicle. I thought i would buy the main headlight and see if it would fix my issue but I wasn’t too sure. The young sweet lady whom unfortunately I didnt catch her name jumped right away to wanting to help figure out what light I needed. She went out to the car with me and tried to see what the issue was. She called Logan out to try and assist too and he actually fixed the issue!!! It was a bad connection on the terminal threading. I had been dealing with this for a few days and the dealership wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of $225 without really even first taking a look. This issue I had already addressed with them before and they had simply disconnected and connected something back and it worked for a few months. Logan showed me how to do it and even explained to me how everything worked and what the issue might be. I immensely appreciated the explanation and breakdown of how it all worked too. He was very knowledgeable on everything. I’m beyond grateful for the help he gave me. Such a wonderful and helpful young man. I was ready to cry of happy tears. I know this is something so simple but to me it was everything. Thank you Logan and to the young lady for assisting me and providing me such impeccable customer service. They were so kind, helpful and genuine people. I hope management acknowledges just how wonderful they are and are lucky to have such amazing employees.”

“Attention all Texas residents should you ever have the need for a body and fender shop this is definitely the best and only place to get to I drove 46 miles one way to get to this particular body shop ran by the honorable Fernando Tello’s Mr tellos is an amazing angel from above iam a disabled woman and senior citizen who today spent over 4.hours in trying to get me a loner car iam from the old school of years ago but Mr tellos. Bought back the unbelievable kindness and respect that I remember from years ago and I must also tell you about the amazing fantastic office manger Rosie she will make sure your vehicle ? is perfect upon delivery this collision shop is the greatest shop in the entire state of texas”
“So many wonderful things i can say about this body shop and Manuel, Jimmy and the other gentleman who went above and beyond to fix my truck… my suspension had broke into at least 7 different pieces. They had to do a lot of work to fix it due to the fact that the car manufacturer weren’t making those parts anymore ( which doesn’t surprise me). The photos i am posting with this review only show the front part of the suspension that broke … i will post there finished work when i get the truck back…they did a wonderful job and i can’t thank them enough?.”

“I had been searching for a new mobile home door and many places online were pricey considering it's freight shipping. I was happy I found a place local and could go in and see the doors in person. My husband and I found a door we liked that the shop already had in stock for a good price. The owner also is able to order the exact door you want. Much better prices than online stores I've looked at. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a mobile home door for a good price!”
