“I had to make a warranty claim on one of the EPIK underwater transom lights. I purchased these lights in 2023. I spoke with Chris Redfern about the process of returning the item for a repair/replacement. He was extremely helpful. After sending in both lights; he responded IMMEDIATELY upon receiving the lights(I recieved a alert from USPS that the package was delivered to Plashlights). He informed me that Plashlights would honor the warranty and replace BOTH lights with no charge except for shipping cost. I received the new lights 2 days later. Wow, this process was completed very fast. I mailed the lights on a Friday and received new lights the following Thursday. The process took less than one week!!! I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and products. I highly recommend this company for your lightning needs. THANK YOU, Chris and Plashlights.”

“I wouldn’t recommend any other body shop but Wrecks! After looking around the internet for a good collision repair shop it was heaven sent for me to find these guys. My classic 1995 Cadillac was damaged in a collision with the HPD who refused to pay for damage but that’s a different story. I thought after putting a lot of money into this vehicle it would never look the same. All I can say is these guys did an amazing job on my car and was able to find parts for my classic Cadillac with no problems when I spoke with other shops they couldn’t find a quarter if it was laying in front of them. I was actually trying to go through cheap shops but the car was just sitting without any progress. Now I know for sure you get what you pay for. At Wrecks you will get good timely service and quality service. Thank you guys a lot for a wonderful job you did on my vehicle and being very professional.”

She helped me select the right battery and even held my phone light over my engine bay as she directed me on how to remove and install a new battery. The tail light has been giving me issues for almost a year, and I’ve been avoiding it because I thought it would be too big of an issue to fix. In under ten minutes Mark knew which light bulb was out, which one I needed, and he installed it without me even asking. So much worry was solved in minutes just by going to AutoZone! “Antonio, Austin, Joseph and the whole team was amazing to work with. Anything I asked them to do for me they did without hesitation and with a smile on their faces. They answered all my questions with great detail and didn’t rush me or my father in making any decisions. I was kind of a pain, because I kept asking to test drive 3 different cars several times and they just went with the flow. I could have walked out without buying and they still would have made me feel like family. They’re amazing and I won’t buy anywhere else as long as I live in the Houston area.
