Boost Mobile provides excellent customer service. The staff are amazing, good, and nice salespeople who go above and beyond. They are efficient, patient, and not rude. They listen to concerns, understand problems, and help a lot, fixing issues at the same time. The service experience can be beyond expectations, leading customers to want to return. Lavoy was more then hospitable helped us through the whole process made everything super easy he was very socialable made us feel very comfortable despite the uneasy process of getting a new phone need to give him a raise!
