I have been a customer of Boost Network for more than 5 years.and my experience in store was not good; that's the reason I try to change stores for every payment round.but this store's customer service experience was beyond my expectations.The gentleman understood my problem and helped me a lot. really appreciate that salesperson.

I wouldn't even give this place a one-star the female that works in your store is super rude and not willing to help at all she told has a plan and then didn't have a SIM card for the phone then we went to another store to have to pick up a SIM card then we went back to her and she didn't help us install it and program it she wouldn't even contact customer service to help with the issue

I have been using Boost for years & have been to several locations. This location is very clean, the lady that is usually there is wonderful. I had to bring my husband's phone in when he was having problems with it and she fixed it right up. She's awesome. Decent selection of phones and accessories. If they don't have the one you want, just ask. Bet they will try to get you taken care of

Went to this store to replace my sons broken phone, the lady was nice and helpful, very knowledgeable about phones. She set up my sons new iPhone 6s and we were on our way. When we got home my son pulled it out of the box and the screen was cracked, the young lady told us it was new. Tried to call no answer just rang, called the number on the receipt and the middle eastern guy said he couldn’t help us and we had to return to the store. This is why I don’t care for Boost Mobile, I guess you get what you pay for!! I highly doubt anyone will even care about this post.

I went in 2 days ago to switch my plan and pay my phone bill. This morning I can't call or text because they person working the store never actually did anything, but take my payment. So WTF was she doing the whole time? i wouldnt buy any phones from this place!
