I go In explain the situation and each time the assistant manager charlotte has stepped up and took care of the concern. You don't find that much anymore. I live in Hitchcock Texas so I have to drive past the tractor supply there because the manager would not exchange a bug zapper because it was seasonal. I had only had it for 2 months on top of taking the extended warranty. Thank you again charlotte for understanding customer service. I will drive to your store from now own. Your much appreciated. I hope your supervisor gives you a raise because you deserve it.”

“Pretty cool spot, lots of comics to look through as well as other merch. Only gripe is the new issues layout on the back wall, its a bit tight and hard to see the bottom titles without kneeling down.”

“This place is absolutely delightful! Most bargain places are overwhelming to shop sometimes because random items are literally tossed into giant bins together, forcing you to sift through items. Not this place. This store is great! It's clean. The products are well organized and stocked on shelves or placed into shoppable bins. My only complaint is that twice now my purchases have timed out on my debit card after a few days. This automatically cancels and refunds the purchase. Then, a couple days later, it withdraws the amount for the purchase again. First time, I thought it was strange, but brushed it off. The second time I went and it happened again. Unfortunately, it was around Christmas and when it withdrew the money on it's own again, it overdrafted my account. I haven't been back since, but I fully intend to. I suspect the owner is not aware that this happened and that it's probably his sales program acting up.”

“Bedrock has been my go to for comics for years. The staff makes me feel welcome every time Im in. Theyre helpful and knowledgeable but also great at giving you the space to fully immerse yourself. You know its a good shop when you feel totally comfortable thumbing through the back issues or admiring the the expensive figures without feeling like someone is over your shoulder waiting to reprimand you. With an amazing catalog of nostalgic classics and an exciting array of ongoing series Bedrock really has it all! Well stocked in everything from resin statues to comics, to posters, to graphic novels, to Lego minifigures, to compendiums, to Funko Pops...it would be difficult to not find something for everyone. Ive been to other shops around town and few can compete with the well kept, friendly, and fairly priced Bedrock City!”
