I go In explain the situation and each time the assistant manager charlotte has stepped up and took care of the concern. You don't find that much anymore. I live in Hitchcock Texas so I have to drive past the tractor supply there because the manager would not exchange a bug zapper because it was seasonal. I had only had it for 2 months on top of taking the extended warranty. Thank you again charlotte for understanding customer service. I will drive to your store from now own. Your much appreciated. I hope your supervisor gives you a raise because you deserve it.”

“Reading past reviews on this place and it definitely sting. My husband, friend and I came into this place to play a relatively big Boardgame last minute. There were two occupied tables nearby and although we were all in the same room, I didnt mind the noise since our Boardgame was already intense as is. Staff came by and asked what we were playing and were helpful to us newcomers about what they have going on. Super friendly and chill place. We will be back and give y'all a thorough update if anything changes!”

The store was very impressive in their selection on not just educational toys/games, but teaching supplies in general. The staff was extremely kind as well I will definitely be shopping more often here. This is a phenomenal store for homeschooling parents of all age groups.”
