“TMB did an excellent job fixing my laptop. I took it to Best Buy and they were like, "It's too badly damaged. Buy a new one or take it to a Mom and Pop shop!" My laptop is about 4 years old and I really did not want a new one. Thank you guys so much for fixing my laptop. It has been a couple of months since I got it fixed. “I just had spinal cord surgery, came home from hospital and that evening our large screen television went out completely, Mario was informed of TV being out and he came to my house (after hours) and took it to his shop. It was done in a timely and professional manner. The price was excellent and TV looked (clarity and color) just as good when bought years ago.”
“The experience started off rough, I was told they didn't have time to take my phone the day of my appointment, but I'd have a screen "reserved" under my name (even confirmed a few times as I wouldn't be able to make it back for a few days). Only to be called two days later and told they were out of screens and no reservation was under my name. Some digging was done and another screen was found, however during the repair that screen was defective! So I had to leave my phone at the shop another 2 days! I will say i feel the team went above and beyond to make the situation right, which is why I gave 5 stars and will be back if I ever need any other repairs.”

“Thought my camcorder was broken. Within 30seconds of handing my camcorder over they switched off the lock switch and voila!… My camcorder works just fine, I’m just inexperienced. Even though I’m an idiot, they did not put me down and they seemed generally interested in the camcorder I brought in. There was no charge since it was such a quick solution, so I made sure to purchase a couple tapes from them as a thank you. Go give themmoney. :)”

“"If you don't back-up your data, your phone will stop working" flashed across the screen. On my computer in the middle of a crucial project I thought to myself, "Now is not the time." My task is over and ready to be emailed. No such luck! My email (s) require the 2-factor authenticity code (s) that comes to my phone, which is now inoperable. Panic stricken. On my computer I googled iPhone repair shops near me caught my eye: Batteries Plus at Town East, Mesquite, TX. Store hours was just what I needed. Once inside the store, there were two young managers---one named Navi--came to my rescue. Not sure where to start, I told them all I knew. The two quickly assessed the condition of my phone: 1) no knew batter in 7 years; 2) weak connectivity cord; and (3) more iCloud space needed. All my needs were taken care of on the spot within 30-minutes. I cried. I cried tears! "Thank You" young store managers! "Thank You" God!!!
